The staff here are excellent. Accomodation is very comfortable and clean. The beach the resort is situated on is completely isolated from the main town of Ton Sai which is wonderful if it's what you're looking for. Got an excellent rate with Agoda, all very good value!

It is a bit isolated so we were restricted for places to eat and shop. It costs apprx. 1200 Baht to get a longtail boat to Ton Sai the main town. The pool seemed very grubby, and breakfast although really nice but,the food wasn't covered properly so there were flies all over it.

We really enjoyed the PP Erawan Palms. The staff are excellent, so friendly and efficient. Beach is beautiful. Would highly recommend this resort if you want to go somewhere and completely switch off. They need to either re vamp the pool or clean it out properly and get nets (which I've seen in other resorts) to cover food that is laid out for breakfast.

quiet and peaceful

There are no store nearby.

The hotel located at the north top of the Phi Phi island, very quiet and peaceful. One side of it is its own beach. You can see the sunset at the other side of the island. The hotel staffs are friendly and willing to help.Hotel rooms are decorated by tropical flowers, very beautiful. You can rent a long tail boat to view around the island. But there are no shopping stores nearby. And you have few choices on restaurants.

Travel tip : A restaurant which name is Jesmin nearby the hotel is good.

Hotel AT the beach and Helpful kind staff.

This stunning beautiful beach needs to be better cleaned. Bottles, single shoes and plastic things swim in the water every morning. It would take the hotels on the beach, 10 minutes each to clean this in the early morning. And to other tourists, your mother does not live here! Clean your garbage yourself and keep this beautiful Island beautiful , please.

I stayed one night at this hotel. I really loved the view to the Sea and the turqoise waters. Very calm place to stay (at least in February). Snorkling area is fantastic too, but you have to let the snorkling companys show you the way. I would have liked to stay a couple of days more, just to read and relax. Hotel rooms are very simple, but nothing is missing....oh I forgot one thing....even though I do not need a television such gorgeous place, I was annoyed that they had only the same horrible fashion channel times five and no news channel.

Nice staff, ok rooms.

Not hygenic, loud area, not a \"spoiling\" hotel.

We came for out honeymoon and on first impression, P.P erawan is a nice resort, but...\nThey didn't change our (stained, and not by us)sheets even though we asked them to.\nIn the breakfast buffet they don't cover the food so lots of flies and birds are around it. we personaly saw a bird eatting from the rice plate and nobody saw her.\nThe resort is located in the worste part of the beach, next to the \"sea gypsi village\" which is a Thai village, kids running all day long, boats making noice, it's hard to walk through to the quiter beach because they park their boats on the sand. The resort's beach is not as developed as the beach of its neighbour \"the holiday inn\".

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : try to hang out in the \"Holiday Inn\" beach and not in P.P Erawan's beach...

Staff very helpful, view is good

Too far away form the main pier. Took us 3 hrs to get to the hotel on boat, only have a small beach to itself. Not much to wander around with.

the location is great, far from all the niose

in order to get to the main city u need to take a Taxi boat.

the hotel is located far from the main per, and city. every time you would like to go and do some shopping u have to get an expansive taxi boat (around 700-1000bath). inspite that we really like it, u have your own private beach, not too many pepole around you. very very cute very cozy.

Good hotel in a great beach. Surely the most beautiful beach on Ko Phi Phi! Very refreshing and worth seeing (means: hardly evening program!).

nothing for pleasure addicts, the arrival and departure costs (private boat).

The hotel is very good, breakfast very OK, the beach is a dream, super-suited for snorkeling, a problem on arrival and departure. In sum very recommendable.

Staff, room, food, view, everything you will meet at this hotel is fab!

N/A

You have the sun rise in front of the hotel and sunset behind. Walking along the beach at night is a beautiful thing. But please remember bring enough cash to the island, as the exchange rate on the island is unbelievably low!

Travel tip : Bring enough cash to the island, otherwise you lose half on money exchange on the island.

The friendliness of the staff at the Reception and the restaurant certainly added to the pleasure of staying at this resort. We were upgraded to a sea facing Superior room inspite of booking only the Standard Room and that certainly added a smile to our face. Loved the swimming pool overlooking the sea. The beach in front of the resort is just too beautiful for words. It's located on one of the best parts of the island.

The water from the shower did have a bad smell to it (I assume it was coz it was seawater).

It was two days in Paradise out here on this beautiful and quiet part of the island. The staff were more than accomodating with every request and the that goes for the staff at the restaurant too, though we had most of our meals at Jasmine's BBQ. The breakfast buffet was sumptous and always set the right tone for the day. It felt awesome to have the place to ourselves. Lovely section of the beach in front of the resort and the view of Mosquito & Bamboo Islands from the room made us want to stay there forever.

Great Beach, great staff

a little boring as it's isolated on the norther tip of phi phi island

It's a great little resort on the best beach I have ever seen. prestine water and fine white beach just in front of the hotel and the staff are very friendly. However, it's very far from the pier so you have to pay around 800 thb to get the long tail boat to take u to the hotel, but on your way back the hotel has shuttle boat running twice a day to send u to the pier for 100 bath. The hotel has free wifi in the restaurant and lobby. It's very isolated, basically just a few hotels around a great piece of beach, nothing else. So your choice of food is also limited.
