Oasis in the middle of a great place
Clean, Good location, good breakfast
10
I stayed 4 nights in a Pool access room. This hotel was right in the middle of the town with easy access everywhere. Clean rooms and good service. As others have stated after the noise from the bars it's amazing you can come back here to get away from all that. The pool could have opened for at least another hour, as Phi Phi goes all night and often you wouldn't want to head for dinner till late.
All in all a good hotel that I would probably recommend for couples or groups of friends. There are plenty of cheaper private rooms on the islands possibly more suited to the younger solo traveller. I would stay here again if travelling in a group.

Great location but pretty basic
central location, cable channels, clean pool
6.3
excellent central location and, as others have said, totally quiet in spite of this. 2 of us stayed in a twin room and had barely enough roomk to walk around one another.

Excellent Location
pool access room, close to the beach, close to the shops, bars, resturant and pier,
6.7
Stayed in Phi Phi for 3 nights. Pool access room was convenient with lovely pool and lounges on the deck. Rooms are quite dark and small. Air con broke down but staff promptly repaired. Close to the beach and pier, and shopping and resturants only steps away from the entrance. Offensive smell when walking past resturant next door to get to room. Towels had to be returned by 8pm everynight and breakfast was ok, but nothing spectacular. Excellent location

Great hotel! 5 mins from beach! perfect location!
amazing rooms, great location can walk to everything!

this hotel is one of the best for this price range on the island. You can walk to the beach as it takes 3 - 5 minutes. All the restaurants/bars/shops are on the doorstep.
the rooms are really comfortable, modern and cosy! BReakfast was decent enough too!
We looked around the other hotels on the island and went to see the rooms and we definitey feel that this one is the best!
It is a little bit noisy at night but not so much that it disturbs you and it doesnt seem to go on all night.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go on the boat trip around the island and to maya bay! Stunning!!!!!!

Great location!
Pool, clean rooms, centrally located
9.3
This hotel provided a perfect location to the center of Phi Phi. The only view was that of the pool. It just really seemed like you were in the center of everything. The Pier is in one direction, the beach the other. There was a guy waiting on the Pier with a sign for P. P. Palm Tree, when we arrived. He took our bags straight to the hotel, so there is no searching for the place when you arrive. Rooms were really nice. No bath tub but nice stand up shower. There's a safe, umbrella, even robes, flip flops and free bottled water. There is no wifi but there are 2 internet cafes at the entrance that charge 2 baht a minute. Breakfast was decent, nothing to write home about, but it had all of your basics. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location and nice service
clean rooms , good facilities, service with smile, convenient to the beach, beautiful swiming pool
9.3
Palm Tree Hotel is located in the business area.
It is very convenient for tourists to buy things, enjoy local food and massage, go to the beach (both Don Sai Bay and Loh Dalam Bay).
One thing tourists need pay attention is that they require customers to check out before 11 AM, but you can deposit your lugages at the lobby.
Restaurant Tip:
the Restaurant of the hotel is out besides the beach. Food is nice, and price is acceptable.

A bit too overpriced
In the middle of everything

There where too many thing written, what you cannot do in this hotel. I would not do these things normally, but I felt like in army:) Maybe they should relax a little bit since it is Phi phi ....at least.
The beach was dirty and I could not swim there. This in not hotel´s problem, but overally in Phi Phi.
