Good location
straff were ok especially at reception

cleaning of room was ok but towel rail broke and air condition did not work properly. Biggest problem was the Bed ?? I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this was the hardest bed i have ever had. ROCK HARD comes to mind. All the staff had phones which were so loud it was disturbing.

one of the better options on phi phi

the hotel is extremely convenient to access, you can walk from the pier with your bags no problem. front desk staff are the weak link, the receptionist checking us in made me go and get a print out of my booking, even though she told me she had all my reservation details and knew that i booked through agoda. i found all the front of house staff to be rude, housekeeping and gym staff were very friendly. fantastic gym, the best hotel facilities i've ever used. no restaurant so no room service but don't opt for breakfast, save your money, you get it from the restaurant across the street and it's the worst breakfast i've had on all my travels through thailand. also, no wifi available in the rooms, not even to pay for. pool stays shaded most of the time

quiet but only minutes from all the attactions

nicley landscaped gardens and state of the art gym are the real plus points of this hotel. the rooms are clean and pleasant tho expensive for what you get in terms of room quality. the hotel has a very small pool that could do with heating in wet season its too cold to use

Friendly little, centrally based hotel.

I accidental booked this hotel for a day after we arrived at phi phi, the island was very busy, but the staff still managed to accommodate us, we were planning for just two nights in phi phi, and because we were enjoying our stay so much, we stayed for an extra night.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
When we left banyan villas we got a long tail boat to Raylee bay, instead of getting the ferry, for the five of us we paid about 4000 baht, which considering we could stop at a number of beautiful island on route, was fantastic value, even if its about 4 imps as much as the ferry. We were also able to pull up on the beach right in front of the hotel instead of going to the port on the slow boat and then having to get a taxi. It really is worth doing this and avoid the over crowded ferries if traveling with children, having to be able to easily get on and off the boat (which take about 45 minute each end on the slow boat due to the number of people) and if you enjoy being able to stop as and when you feel to see sights off the beaten track.
Great little unexpected adventure.

Only 3 minutes walk from Tongsai peer. Our room was the old wing -- banyan wing with wooden floor, but was very comfortable and well furnished.
The pool was lovely inside the quiet and beautiful garden, but smelled a little too chloric. No Internet access in the room. You need to go to the gym lounge to connect to the Internet, where there are only two desktop computers for too many people to use.
Breakfast was fairly good. Outdoor, facing the sea, a fantastic location to enjoy the morning breeze and sunshine.

Lovely hotel right along Ton sai Bay. very easy to locate, it was a 3 min walk from the pier. Plenty of amenities near the hotel, with food outlets, marts travel agents etc. Small pool, but has a lovely gym, internet service. Downside is poor noise insulation, you tend to hear your neighbours walking pass while you're sleeping, or people shutting their doors

Nice pool but lacks lounge chairs and there are NO umbrellas this needs to be sorted out.
Showers in bathroom don't drain away & you need to be fast before bathroom floods.
Average breakfast.
Housemaids left towels in animal shapes very sweet.
