Great Pool, Quiet Location, Nice Gardens Breakfast was included in the price but was not up to much. Could do better. The Hotel in general was a great find on the internet, close to Phi Phi pier and just far enough away from the busy night life. It was clean and rooms were well maintained. We had a garden view room which has a loverly view over the well kept gardens. The pool was small but very nice & well maintained. We had a problem with the fridge on the first day & they replaced it within 10 mins of us asking. Well done!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Maya Bay (The Beach) a must do trip!

Good Restaurant Some rooms are very noisy at night!!! Stayed 3 nights at this hotel as wanted to be in Tonsai Bay which is nice and central. Staff at hotel very nice. Breakfast quite adequate, but not special. Restaurant was good for dinner. Had a lovely pool, but not enough loungers around this area. Also hotel only allowed 1 towel per person per day and if you rs was er/ sandy - too bad you could not change. Would probably stay at sister hotel next time.

Very Central, walking distance from Pier, and beach. Nice Tonsai seafood restaurant There is construction still going on, but this isn't too troublesome. Room very warm when air con not on, heats up like a sauna. Not a lot of space to sit by the pool Hotel is walking distance from the Pier, nice restaurant overlooking the sea. Rooms are tidy and cosy, but very warm. Great selection of restaurants around. Rooms were kept clean daily. No bathtub in room, but some may have a bathtub. Phi Phi is expensive for accommodation overall, so this hotel was expensive by Thai standards. Lots of water taxis just outside.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Longtail taxi boat a must. Monkey island is great fun!

- Good general service.
- Nice and clean room.
- Good garden view.
- No private beach for swimming. Good for general services such as carry bag service, reception and breakfast service.
Also I think the room are nice and clean. I can see the good garden view from my room, great.
However, I saw the map and I think the hotel is close to beautiful beach and I can swim.

Hotel is very close to the beach, very convenient location. Honeymoon service included a plate of fruit. A little bit noisy but it's acceptable.

we heard another guest complaining about the mold and she was told too bad, although there was a sign up in the reception the next day that stated that the bathrooms in every room were going to be fixed between May 2008 and October 2008 and there would be no reimbursment provided if, your bathroom was being fixed when you were there.
i would not stay there again, even if the bathroom was fixed.
Restaurant Tip : there was a bakery around the courner that had nice food

The location is superb - The sweeming pool is great Bathroon is little old and you have only showers We order the hotel long time befor we came otherwise we would not have it. Compare to phi phi hotel standard this hotel standard is very high. We got the garden wing with is the best in this hotel . It has a nice balcony and it is loacated neer the small but nice swimming pool. I think this is one of the best hotel in its price and I would surely be glad to return to it.
