great location- near the pier. a good variety of great food in breakfast. the staff was very pleasent and helpful in anything we asked. the room was sea view model and it had every thing you need- from safe deposit box, refrigerator, 2 bottles of drinking water, great view,a swimming pool,and even a towel lending service for the swimming pool which you can take to the beach and return until 20:00. the hotel does not have an elevator. we stayed at the room which was located in the highest floor, so every time we went for breakfast or out we had to climb many stairs, but the view is worth it if you don't mine the exercise. and i dont know how it is in diffrent hotels - if they have an elevator. the hotel has a good location, great staff, great breakfast. the rooms are equipped with all you need even hair dryer, televsion with many channels, a kettle so you can make yourself tea or coffee in your room and sit on the porch.
every thing in the hotel was very clean. the beds were very comfortable and the curtains for the first time in the entire trip did a good job in making the room dark while morning time so you can enjoy a good sleep during day time like we did. i recommend the hotel to everyone who want to be pampered.
Shopping Tip : there is a pharmacy and a seven-eleven shop very close to the hotel. when you go out straight and on the main street it is on your left. everything is anyway a short walking distance on the island. the only transportation there is motorcycle or bicycle. and of course boats to other island.

Location, friendly staff, value (for Phi Phi) We checked into our room 2 hours before check in time and were greeted by a fantastic view of the port and islands. The hotel is perfect for people staying for a shorter time on Phi Phi. Our air conditioning was not able to cool the room over night adequately. The breakfast is OK and the pool is perfect after a hot day sight seeing. The hotel does seem to have many many rules, which was amusing more than a hinderance. I would stay again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : DO NOT MISS Maya bay beach.

location (away from night noise), breakfast Nice hotel with friendly staff.Pool was small & lacked sunbeds.Breakfast had a good selection & opened early enough to accomodate diving trips etc.Room was large, shower excellent, small balcony.Luggage service to pier available. No internet available & on phi phi the cost in most shops is 2b a minute, compared to 0.5 b a minute on Phuket.
