1. Awesome view of Ton Sai Bay on our Ocean View Southeast facing room. 2. Mosquito free due to the repellent used by housekeeping daily in the corridor area. 3. The most central location on Phi Phi Island

If Phi Phi Hotel can be the first hotel on the island to install devices to take care of the flies in the restaurant area, that'd be fantastic!

We spent 4 nights at the Phi Phi Hotel's Ocean View Room during the low-season. We booked online one day ahead of our arrival and the price is about 200-300 baht lower than the hotel quoted rate. Be sure to ask for a room facing the Ton Sai Bay for the best view. Although the room is mosquito free, beware of reading the newspaper at the lobby area as you'll likely get a few bites. When you ask for a fried egg/omelette during breakfast buffet, you can request less oil :)

Very near to both Tonsai & Lo Dalem beaches...Good food...Good service

Not suited if you want a place away from the crowd

Phi Phi hotel is probably the best choice if you want easy access to the pier and restaurants in Phi Phi. Unlike some resorts which are suitable for long beach holidays, this one is best suited if you want to park yourself for a couple of days, while you take the snorkelling & diving trips around Phi Phi island. The breakfast buffet is good. They also provide discount vouchers for their restaurants owned by the same management.

The hotels location was perfect. Staff was great, and the rooms were good in regards to where you are staying. All in all i would say it is a perfect place to stay.

No elevator, we had a creepy guest staying there at the time we were needless to say he mad us feel very uncomfortable and were worried he was going to waiting for us at our room, he thought he owned my wife or something very very creepy.

The hotel is located perfect, everything is within walking distance. The staff spoke good english which was a plus, the diving is awesome there and we saw so much marine life is was so cool. The rooms were adequate for what we needed. The airconditioning was ok but not great. And one other thing to mention is that everyday morning and night some guy preaches over a speaker which goes through the whole village and boy oh boy is it annoying. But other than that i would give it 2 thumbs up!

Great location, right in the middle of everything. You can get off the ferry and wheel your luggage to the hotel. Clean room, nice staff.

The stairs to get to your room will be a problem. We originally were given a room on the 5th floor, preferred due to the great view, but my wife has feet problems so we took a room on the 3rd floor. It's still a walk. AC in the room never really got cold, just cool.

We were surprised at how quiet it was at night since we were smack in the middle of everything; restaurants, shops, beach! So the location was definitely a plus. Breakfast was included, which made the value even better. And the option of dropping off your room key for the front desk to keep is great so you don't lose it while taking a ride on a long tail boat! Otherwise, you'll have to pay for the lost key.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Rent a long tail for 6 hours. We paid 2500 baht and it was definitely worth it! We toured and snorkeled at Phi Phi Don and Phi Phi Lay at the spots we wanted, instead of being with a big tour group. And we lunched at Bamboo Island; beautiful!

Close to everything - beach, shops, restaurants. Also has all amenities (air-con, satellite TV, hot shower, etc.)

I stayed in a room with connecting door to another room, and it was slightly noisy

I like this hotel, so I stay there every time I go to Phi Phi. The only catch for this stay is that I was put in a room with a connecting door to the next room, although I was by myself. People in the next room were rather noisy. If you want a total privacy, then you should request not to be put in the similar room.

Nice place to stay, would stay here again Guest Rating: 4

Good location very close to tonsai bay specially after an uncomfortable ferry ride for 1 and a half hours. Decent rooms. Good view of the bay if you have a sea view room. Pretty friendly staff.

No lift in the hotel. The breakfast is pathetic, absolutely nothing to choose from. A little expensive for the quality as you can get hotels for that quality for a cheaper price in phi phi, small change such as 10, 5 Baht coins were constantly missing after the room service(cleaning) was done.

The Hotel is an average hotel. I guess the location was the best part but since phi phi is not all that big it doesnt make a huge difference. They ask you to check out at 11 and the ferry departs between 2 - 3 PM. So you have to leave your bags in fromt of the reception and pass time in the sun. All in all a decent hotel and not totally worth the money.

Swimming pool, Large room with sea view, Breakfast, Location, Air condition, Coffee and tea in the Room.

No Elevator, The water in the swimming pool are too hot. Expensive and slow internet.

I like very much my stay at Phi Phi hotel. First of all the location is very good , close to the pier and very central. The hotel is the only hotel in Phi Phi that is more that 2 floor high so you have a very good view of all the Island. I had a mountain view room which was very good and also has a view to the sea from both directions. The hotel is new and decorated very nice. The air-condition is working fine. I thing this hotel is one of the best hotel in Phi Phi Island.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go to the view point . It require some climbing but the view is amazing.

Location and service are great!

A little bit loud at night, but still slept through, and no elevators which can be a pain when you're on the 5th floor.

The service there was GREAT, much like the service everywhere in Thailand. As soon as we got off the ferry, there was already a bell boy at the pier w/a sign for the hotel, to not only lead us to the hotel, but to carry our bags as well! The location was ALSO great, close enough to the market and the harbor. The only con is that we were on the 5th floor and there was no elevator, and the music from the nearby discos was a bit loud at night, but overall it was a great hotel!

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Definitely take the tour boat around to the different islands, but don't bother buying any of the souvenirs at ko phi phi, you can get them for a lot cheaper at bangkok

Well located to the main pier. restaurants and beach. Great view from our room.

The hotel decor is dated. No lift. If you are a light sleeper, the bass line from the nearby bars may keep you awake but it didn't bother us.

The hotel is located to the main pier and the longtail boats if using Phi Phi as a base to reach the other islands. Great for a couple nights stay. The view from our hotel room was amazing, ask for a room on 5th floor with a sea view.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Top tip: sse the longtail boats to take trips to the other islands, it works out cheaper than taking a day tour especially if there are a few of you. The longtail boat will avoid the crowds and take you to places that the tours won't. We were able to snorkel in some fantastic places that a tour boat was unable to get to or allowed to stop.

Fresh water shower with normal pressure - not a given on Phi Phi Don. Very central location. Nice view.

Ants all over room. Loud music from night clubs until late at night.

Seemed nice and clean, but we were invaded by ants after a few hours (no food out) even though we lived a few storeys up. They were all over the beds, walls, floor, bags etc. Got back from dinner and discovered the ants, but too late to try to change rooms. The fresh water shower with normal pressure was a very nice change from the salt water drizzle on Long Beach's Paradise Resort. We had a nice view over the north bay and if you want a central location and don't mind hearing nearby pubs' music late at night this is a good place. Just a short walk to the boats and beaches and just step onto the street to be in the middle of Ton Sai village. Staff not overly friendly, but fairly ok.

Location and extremely clean

No elevator - if stairs are an issue for you request a low floor

The hotel is perfectly situated close the pier so you don’t have to worry about dragging your bags half way around the island to and from your hotel. You are very close to the main reastraunts and the bars are a little further a way which is nice if you like it a little quieter. The hotel is clean and has a reasonable sized pool which is a nice alternative if the salt and sand get a little too much for you. The breakfast is a standard buffet where you can find something suitable for all tastes.

old furnitures

I reserved a sea view room but when I saw it I was very disappointed because what I could see from the window was just the roof of the house in front and only a bit of sea. I complained and honestly I wanted to change room or hotel. The next day I was given another room with a proper sea side view. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was not that good, there are no croissants or biscuts, it's ok if you like the english one though.
