The location is very good. But the staff never smiles. We could not take shower or wash our feet after we came back from the half day trip.

PhiPhi hotel is very near the dock so it's easy to go to the beach to enjoy the views. The room is big and clean. The breakfast is ok. But they don't have a lift, so if you carry alot of bags, better choose the lower floor rooms.
Convenient! Sufficient rooms! Clean! Nice view!
They didn't give us free internet service as they promised.
- Restaurant Tip : Behind the hotel, there is a small resturant named Thank You. The food there is yammy, very Thai taste!!!

Very noisy with tour groups making noise in the corridors 4 out of 5 nights. The bathrooms are clean and neat. The air conditioner works well. Views are stunning. But I would not stay there again due to the type of tour guest that are catered for - noisy or young men. Drinking and making noise in the corridors seems to be their idea of fun.
Value for money.

The hotel staff will pick you up from the pier and carry your bags for you to the hotel. They will also carry your bags right up to your room. Nice, considering the lack of elevator.

It is the first hotel I reached when I arrived Phi Phi island. It is convenient to go out for eating, shopping,finding agents or longtail owners for snorkeling. But the room looks a little simple and small for this price.

Overall we had a pleasant stay, although my girlfriend was a bit annoyed about the cleanliness. If they improve on that it would be perfect.

We stayed for three nights and had a great time.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Sak's deep sea fishing is very good! Turn right just before reaching the ferry from the main town.
