Good location, excellent view from the room. Good staff and good breakfast. Noise during the day for my baby to nap in the room, the room was a bit sandy and we felt that the sheets were not clean before our check in. I really recommend this hotel for the view and location. Phi Phi is just a paradise place.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go scuba diving, It's great and you can see turtles and sharks.

We were lucky to get a room with a view of the sea and pool. Was absolutely breath-taking when the view greeted us upon going into the room. Crystal clear waters, gorgeous views of the mountains. Service was nothing to shout out about. Some staffs made an effort to go the extra mile, making our stay better, while others just had a can't be bothered attitude. Buffet breakfast was average, expected more considering the price we paid for the room. No lifts in hotel. Shower had inconsistent water temperature (boiling hot then icy cold!) We were greeted at the pier by Cabana staff. Hotel is about a 5mins slow walk away. Very ideal for travelers who are weary of walking long distances upon arrival (no cars, motorcycles in phi phi). Took a 30min walk to viewpoint (MUST DO!). Parts of the hotel were still under construction, didn't manage to explore the whole hotel. Decor was a bit dated. Had a memorable time overall, will definitely consider this hotel again if they could revise their prices.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Must go to view point especially at sunset. about 20~30mins walk away, and another 20~30mins climb. Bring mosquito repellent!

Quiet place in view to other hotels around main village Not so clean, unpersonal, service less than average, breakfast bad, rooms ok but not more Just close to the pier, it is a nice place to stay in phi phi, but to expensive for the value you get. Rooms are ok, but service bad or not excistent. Also Phi Phi himself turned to a party place for youngsters they like to drink and party all night long. Better would be to stay on Ko Tao or Ko Lanta in future.
