lication and views is amazing
4.3
The best location you can get but washrooms
need renovations.. moisture and dirty. Staff at
check in is brutal and stains on old towels. Luckily
for them , this hotel offers a paradise view on the bay.
internet $$

Stay was lovely, staff was nice, food was good. Location was just exotic! Highly recommend this hotel to all travelers.
Ultimate relaxation at this hotel and its facilities.
Nightlife Tip:
Beach parties are just walking distance away.

Quite dated but very central
Central to shopping and nightlife
6.3
This hotel needs to be renovated, the rooms are nice and clean but the bathrooms are very old looking. we stayed as it is central to everything. If we were to go back we would stay again as there is currently nothing better at this location.
Nightlife Tip:
Beach parties and fire shows are great entertainment.

Biggest hotel in Phiphi
Quiet, far from central part, good breakfast

It's pretty rundown for a 4star hotel. I'm very particular about bathrooms and this was way below standards.
it's spacious, rooms are big. Facade, lobby, swimming area is big. Feel safe in this hotel.

Disappointing hotel overall
4.3
I have travelled and worked extensively in Thailand, and I have to say that this hotel and its staff possess very little of the characteristic Thai hospitality, except for the housekeeping staff. The front desk staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, and basically seemed annoyed at any interaction. They outright refused to provided multiple cards for the rooms so that my wife and I could come and go separately. The hotel is seriously outdated and the rooms are 2X overpriced based on other accommodations on the island (we moved before the end of our visit to Koh Phi Phi). The view and the location are quite good, but even still it is very noisy until 3am because of the late night partying on the northern beach.

ocean view hotel
the best hotel in phi phi island
6.7
The best hotel in Phi Phi island.
But the front desk staff members lack of smile.
Also the hotel workers do not say hello when crossing.
They need more global etiquette.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The best place ti dive.
Recommend Hippo divers.

Private Beach and Spa
Location, Private Beach, Big Pool, Lovely Spa
8.7
There are many tourists coming into PP island on daily basis. Fortunately, the hotel is situated close to the pier and distanced away from the noisy tourists. I enjoyed the swimming pool looks out to the ocean and the beach is private and clean. Massage house is closed to the pool and the service is excellent. The price is reasonable for the quality.
