Excellent location. Probably the best location on Phi Phi. Almost on the beach, close to restaurants and to the harbour.
However, some rooms are located close to a nightclub, so it is impossible to sleep without earplugs. After complaining we received another room away from the music.

Had a lovely stay at the Cabana. The rooms were good and tidy, the breakfast spread was nice, as were the staff. Had an excellent thai massage at the hotel spa. Unfortunately we were on the side of the hotel facing all the bars down the beach, which meant that sleeping before 2am was difficult without ear plugs...overall a good place to stay though.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask to be located on the Tonsai Bay side of the hotel to avoid being kept awake by the beach bars.

If you're going to Phi Phi, then this hotel is where you want to be staying. Beautiful location, you can access the 2 different beaches on both sides of the hotel. The pool and breakfast buffet were both amazing. Stay here.

hotel is positioned right where ferries drop you off at the island. nice enough hotel, but wasn't super clean and food could be fresher. that said, the food at phi phi overall isn't as nice as other places in thailand. great pool, lots of space and deck chairs. budget rooms were very small, but had a nice view. staff not as friendly as other thai hotels. only short walk to restaurants and nightlife.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't miss the half-day tour including monkey island, snorkeling, lagoon kayak and Maya Bay (where 'The Beach' was filmed). Incredible! Water sports particularly impressive.

we have stayed 3 days in this lovely hotel. it has an amazing swimming pool right on the beach...
the staf were really friendly and the breakfast was good. i really recommend this hotel!

this hotel is over rated and overpriced for what is offered. for being one of the highest priced hotels i expected to be treated better. staff is not very friendly and the god is average.
