An unforgettable experience.
Atmosphere, staff were helpful & friendly, unforgettable
To get to Lao Gao Bay you need to get a long boat to the hotel, the whole bay is taken up by the whole bay, once you are there it's very hard/expensive to go to phi phi village for the day (private long boat from hotel is 4,000 BAHT for 4 hours) where they take you, wait for you and bring you back. It's perfect for just relaxing, beautiful beach, excellent restaurants (highly recommend) but expensive. Went on a private snorkeling trip (everything is booked through the hotel) which was amazing. The guide took us to a few different islands and then out in the sea to look at some Nemo fish! Whatever we wanted to do. It was something that I would never forget.

Great stay at Outrigger Koh Phi Phi
Position on fantastic beach, space outside and inside, beauty of gardens and of layout
From day one we have been impressed by the beauty of this space containing a marvellous beach and splendid gardens. Everything from comfort of the room, staff friendless, cleanness and house keeping and food was great. The connection to the internet however very disappointing. We have spent 4 magnificent days there and recommend it as most probably the best hotel on the island, worth its money an ideal place for relaxing and taking easy time...

Great place to stay, but watch your expenses
Location, relaxing environment, staff was nice
The hotel is good value for money. the food is expensive as well is the drinks. Location is adjacent access to a small strip Phi Phi town whee there are reasonable priced places to drink and eat. You can only eat breakfast up to 11. after 11, you are out of luck, so don't sleep in axpect to find a nice breakfast. No night life of any kind. a bar with a nice jazz band, but they retire early. No dancing or other night activities unless you wonder off the property.

a surprise in Koh phi phi
privacy, friendly and another view of phi phi
This hotel located at the others side of Koh phi phi, it give you more privacy as you have take a boat taxi only can go to the Tonsai pier which is the most crowded place in koh phi phi, the expenses is also higher. if you want to take some economy meal you can go to the local village at the tsunami memories area, but one of the bad thing is there have a Muslim mosque, it is quite disturbing when they are praying

Absolutely amazing, paradise on earth
An amazing setting accessed by the beach only. Was in a wedding group and the staff looked after everything, I mean everything. I've never experienced service like this before anywhere.

Very fantastic hotel for a very good price
pool, villa and food
From Krabi airport, it will take about 30 mins to go to the ferry terminal (costs 350 baht for a taxi). From terminal to Phi Phi island, it will take around 1.5 hrs (800 baht round trip) + 20 min. longtail ride going to the resort (the hotel charged us 400 baht for 2 persons roundtrip). We also paid 20 baht for the tax upon arriving in Phi Phi Island. The hotel is really nice you wouldn’t mind travelling by air, land and water. I love the welcome drink they served! Coconut and pineapple shake. We stayed here for only a night so I would recommend staying here for at least 2 or 3 nights so you can maximize your time if you wanna do some water activities or island hopping. The villa is cute and clean but we were not placed in front of the beach. We were expecting a nice beach but it’s too shallow. Good thing they have a very nice infinity pool so we spent most of our time in the pool. There is no wifi in the room. Wifi is only available in the lobby but if you’re here for vacation, then it’s okay to be disconnected to the outside world while enjoying your time. Overall, we had a great experience!

Beautiful resort
landscape, swimming pool, location
We had a problem when check-in the hotel. However, the staff there helped us to solve it smoothly with reasonable solution. My family really enjoyed our holiday at the resort. Even we did not book breakfast, but the welcome drink made me point 4 star for food/dining. The landscape was very beautiful and maintained very well. The swimming pool was nice, big and faced the sea. There was one small but cute village near the hotel and we like eating there, Pad Thai restaurant is one of the best. We will recommend my friends to stay there.
