great location - but absolute no service.

lovely room, perfect location, but there was absolutely no service at all. the room didn't get cleaned and we didn't get new towels or anything during our 10 day stay.

Great location, but very average hotel

The resort, if you can call it that as it's really just a bunch of bungalows together, is well located, within 5-10 min walk from town, yet secluded from all the party noise. It's a good place if you'll spend most of your days away from the resort. The rooms are basic and the service mediocre - they don't change towels and linen unless you specifically ask for it (if there's anyone at the reception that is).

the hotel is located a short walk away from the pier, on the same beach.
it is locatet a good distence away from the loud bar area of the center. rooms are not very big, but relatively clean and functional.
the staff are friendly and helpfull.
the hotell is located right on the beach, and you can rent sunchairs and sun "umbrella"
koh phi phi is a quite expencive island accomodation wise, and we felt we got good value for money at this resort.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Plenty of good diving close to Phi Phi. I got my PADI licence here.

This place was absolutely dreadfully. Very basic room with no furniture so had to put luggage on floor. Bathroom dirty and when you used sink all the water came out the back on on to floor. Staff most rude and unhelpful. Although I must say chap on reception was ok. The only good thing was seeing the sea but alas we could not swim in it as full of oil. If you wanted to sit in a dirty deck c hair it was 50tbh each.

The hotel is so dirty seem like it never be cleaned. It located quite far from walking street so it is very quiet. Hotel manager is helpful but totally I am upset with the quality of the hotel.

the location for this guest house is great - on the beach and in the quietest part of the island. the rooms however are just that - concrete rooms. there is a tv and there is a safe and there is a private bathroom but all these are there for function rather than form. the rooms are not a great place to spend your time.
service was ok, the only issue was that we didn't really get value for what we paid. we were happy with either that price or that room but that room for that price was not really what we had in mind.
we were on phi phi to dive so we didn't spend much time at the accommodation, just sleeping and brekky.

This hotel is totally overpriced. The location of the bungalows is good, but that's where it ends. Our bungalow was dirty. There were cobwebs in the overhead light fixture that only half worked. The bathroom smelled. Our room was never cleaned in the 4 nights we stayed there, and we were never provided with fresh towels. We asked the front desk for new towels, and were met with a confused stare. We'll never stay here again.
