don't stay here if you want to be around the action. Great with a date, wife or a group as they had a great late night bar on the beach, great food. The all Villa resort was kool but you needed to ask for a golf cart to get up to your room as the villas area ll on a steep hill with great views internet was not good or was cell service

The beach was clean and the water was crystal. You can practice snorkeling there.
There were high and low tides but it doesn't matter. We didn't care about it.
You can really enjoy this place, it's perfect for your romantic holidays!

Great location for a relaxing stay at Phi Phi

The hotel is being renovated and will be amazing when complete, although we heard no building work or was during our stay as mainly the new reception area and landscaping left to do. We stayed in one of the new villas at the top of the hill, so had a great view of the ocean and a lovely clean, well equipped room with big bathroom and bright make up area. The staff always 'give you a lift' up to the room 24/7 in one of the many golf buggies available so the room location was no issue. Hotel is at the end of Long beach so it’s a quiet location and has its own beach area very close to good snorkling spots in the morning and looking directly onto Phi Phi Leh. It’s only 150THB for a long tail taxi directly in to the town for a night out and dinner etc. so you have the best of both worlds (Carlitto’s bar on the beach is great for live music and Lemon grass great for authentic Thai eats). We stayed in plenty of places in Thailand during our stay and although this wasn’t the highest star rating, the great staff, vibe and location made it our favourite place we stayed. Would definately recommend it staying here, a great base to explore from.

This is an excellent good value for money hotel located on long beach, in a quiet location. The staff are very friendly and couldnt do enough for you. We had one of their brand new room at the top which was furnished to a high standard, the water pressure could be better in the taps/shower. The shuttle service worked very well, it would have been along walk up in the heat. The collection and return service to the main ferry terminal worked like a dream. The only down side was that there was only one other restaurant on this beach so very quiet but as we only stayed a couple of nights it wasnt a problem for us and you can get the long boats into the main town if you want more night life!!!The beach and sea are lovely with excellent snorkerlling. Overall a lovely hotel which hopefully through expansion wont loose its charm

Overall it's a nice hotel. Amazing beach and opportunity to snorkel by the hotel. Thereare some renovations going on, certain areas don't look nice, but the improvements will be good. Nice dive shop and massage parlor at the hotel and reasonably priced

Great rooms and location.
The rooms have great views looking out towards Koh Phi Phi Leh. The staff give you lifts in golf karts back up to your room. We had an early check in and a late check out.

the snorkeling is amazing, the rooms were ok but it's quite a hike and we have since stayed at 2 other resorts that were much better. the hot tub was out of order and had black water in it, also trash allllll over by our bungalow.

Upon our arrival at the resort we were given one of the "new" rooms at the very top of the hill. Unfortunately the room was not ready to be used yet. The entrance door did not close, the toilet was leaking and the flush did not work and there were no towel rigs whatsoever installed. The shower drain did not work and there were ants everywhere. We were then given a different room, also in the new part of the resort. Though the surrounding was aweful with dirt, rubbish and builder's waste lying around the actual room was ok and the view was really nice. However, there was constant noise of the ongoing construction work till late and we did not enjoy the atmosphere at all. Definitely not worth the money.
