When I arrived they claimed not to have received my reservation. It took them 10 minutes to find out if I'd paid or not. When that was cleared they said that they did not have the type of room available but could give me free breakfast as a compensation. I did not think this was okay so the manager got a little mad and sat looking at her computer screen for 5 minutes without saying a word. After that she said she could give me a family room instead but with the same standard as I had paid for but only bigger, or at least so she said. Because I've stayed at this hotel a year ago and had the exact same bungalow and back then it wasn't a family room. In other words, she lied to me and tried to give me a smaller room with a compensation worth about 1000 baht for no reason!
