Nice hotel, quiet location
Great swimming pool, close from beach
Nice resort, 10 min walk from pier. Villas are ok. Bathrooms could do with a makeover and the water is recycled ocean water so its not a plesent shower. Overall lovely gardens and breakfast small variety. Good for one night stay

Really nice place, rooms very basic
This hotel was really nice, the location is lovely, breakfast was brilliant staff were nice, pool was nice and the restaurant out front was good too! Although service A little slow, the food was nice and atmosphere was great with fire dancers! The rooms are nice, basic and not 100% clean looking but liveable!

Nice hotel, very calm, very nice beach
Separate bungalow, very nice bar just front of the hotel
I spend 5 nights in Phi Phi Villa Resort with one of my friend. It's 15 minutes away from the noisy life downtown and very nice bars and see food restaurant are very close. I recommend this hotel for every one who wants to calm day but close enough to the center of the Island if you want to party at night.

One of the better ones on Koh Phi Phi
Just far enough away from the madness of Koh Phi Phi, Nice Pool
we stayed here for 4 nights and were a little weary at first, but once we explored the island, we realized this is one of the best hotels in tonsai bay. koh phi phi is a little crazy, and this hotel is just far enough away from all the madness, you're able to escape the loudness and it is quite calm and serene. the bathrooms are a little smelly (most likely from island plumbing) and the water pressure isn't that great, but again it's probably from the plumbing on the island. the bed in our room was also quite stiff, but it wasn't a deal breaker. the pool, on the other hand was fantastic, i just wish they had more chairs. get out there early to claim your territory. wifi would go in and out intermittently and the staff was a little hit or miss with requests, but all in all, if we would recommend phi phi villa resort for anyone staying in the tonsai bay area of koh phi phi.

What a great Hotel!!
Close too the beach, Pool and everything else.
the stay was well worth the money. the rooms were a little basic, but overall they were ok. the staff were helpful with anything. wifi was a little slow there, and the breakfast was little choices. get a massage for au$10 which is well worth it. overall the stay was fantastic. the diving was really good and recommend the barracuda diving center and talk to.

Really disappoint
Electrical shock
I stayed in many hotels these years during travel , and this is the first time that I want to say something about a hotel: 1) Safety issue: I got an electrical shock when I had breakfast in the morning . When I picked the food from the Oven, I was thrown 1-2 meters away . Standing infront of split foods with Numb arms and legs , I realized what had happened several seconds later and shouted out , " electrical shock!" Guess what ! No staff come to do a help! No one report this to manager ! The staff just treated as nothing happened! 2) My girlfriend down stairs to ask manager . Funny thing ! Again! People came to the dinging room ,walking here and there , but nobody came to ask me if I was Ok. No mention a sorry ! 5 mins later I asked the manager send me to the hospital to do a check, the only thing that made me feel a little better is a Malay woman , who knows how to handle it with common sense. 3) I had to cancel the original one day trip plan and go back to the hotel to rest. When I back to the room , no water ! I asked to upgrade the room, which I requested the day before and be rejected by being told no room available , and this time there was. 4) One suggestion to those who want to stay in this hotel : be prepared to spoil your holiday by all kinds of reasons - Rude management , dishonest management , and never ever book the bungalow room cuz you will find it very different from what you judge from the photos. BTW , when I left the hotel the other day, the oven still there.

Great location, ok room
The location and garden environment
the room was nice but the ablutions ( toilet and shower) needs an upgrade. no tea and coffee (or kettle) in the room which was disappointing. the dinning room needs an air-conditioner; this would improve the eating environment. breakfast was ok at best and needs to be improved. the location is great some deck chairs overlooking the ocean would be great. pool area was excellent and well maintained. the gardens could do with some tlc.
