Good location for the beach and also has a really nice pool. Rooms were a little basic, but still comfortable. The hotel was in a good location for the beach and only a short walk for bars and shops. Outside view of rooms/bungalows is excellent, but slightly basic inside, but they're clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was good, the pool is REALLY nice, staff was friendly and the ROOMS ARE HUGE! The hotel is far from the main beaches, but the walk is only about 10 minutes. I will definitely being staying here again. It was so relaxing. The free breakfast was tasty, the staff was really nice and there are a couple bars right next to the hotel. I didn't hear any of them at night so I was satisfied.

pillowcase + sheets= not clean. aircon min. 24c, loud music untill 24000-0200 hours.
Breakfast, bathroom smells. We speficic ordered a quiet room, but we had the room with broken aircon and fridge (118)just across from the local bars and just beside the swimmingpool. They changed it with a little attitude. The breakfast was all cold (eggs, sausage, noodles and rice) beside the toasted bread. But in general the people on this island are so easy going and freindly!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Snorkeling oround the islands is a must do!! REMEMBER to bring your own lunch for a day trip on a boat They serve a small baguette with nothing in it

restaurant left a little to be desired. Friendly staff, nice pool, very close to the beach, but not a great swim beach. Away from most of the noise, if you stay too close to the center of town, you don't sleep until 3 or 4 am. It was quiet here.
Hotel Feature Tip : Definitely, go with the deluxe, luxury cabanas, private building, lots of room, AC stays on when you leave the room.

Proximity to the beach (a nice, quiet beach by comparison), helpful staff, working AC, security box, inexpensive room rate The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the lock on the door was a bit wobbly Shortly after I booked this resort I read some unfavourable comments about it on the internet and I was terrified that we were going to have a horrible time. I am pleased to have this opportunity to say that our stay there was perfectly comfortable. Phi Phi Island is very expensive (for Thailand) and unless you want to pay about USD$400 per night then the Phi Phi Villa is a great option. I think the people who complained about the place perhaps need their creature comforts more than my partner and I. It's not luxury but it's bloody affordable comfort and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for simple digs close to the beach with friendly staff who speak enough English to get you by.

clean accomodation; nice location opposite of carpe diem bar; nic pool; friendly service at the moment of our stay, there was building works next to the pool.\nbeach could be nicer. nice hotel with very good loction; a bit away from the center (at the end of the walkway); clean and nice rooms; we stood at the mein bulding in the back, wich was newly built (very good); bungalows look nice as well); good service; nice little pool; just across the walkway to the beach (30 meters).

- staff helpful We stayed at the Village Resort in pre season 2008/2009 (October). During this time the hotel had a big construction site where they built a new reception complex. Very loud and dirty around the construction site. We asked for another room because the bungalow we had was pretty odd: interior not very nice and near the construction site. The room we got instead was ok, but the toilet didn't work and the plumber kept us awake until 1:00 am in the first night to fix it. After all still a good hotel if the new building is ready and everything is cleaned up.

I think the location of this hotel is very good, reception staff pleasant, pool nice. The bed was made, dustbins emptied and clean towels left but the room and bathroom were never cleaned! Most strange.
No kettle or cups in the room. If you want a quiet time bear in mind that music blares from very close restaurants plus beach parties. (music was good though!) Hotel I thought is in a good position - I requested a unit close to the sea and was given a unit with a side view - it was great. 20 m from the beach. Location of the hotel is good,the reception staff pleasant and nice pool.

When I arrived they claimed not to have received my reservation. It took them 10 minutes to find out if I'd paid or not. When that was cleared they said that they did not have the type of room available but could give me free breakfast as a compensation. I did not think this was okay so the manager got a little mad and sat looking at her computer screen for 5 minutes without saying a word. After that she said she could give me a family room instead but with the same standard as I had paid for but only bigger, or at least so she said. Because I've stayed at this hotel a year ago and had the exact same bungalow and back then it wasn't a family room. In other words, she lied to me and tried to give me a smaller room with a compensation worth about 1000 baht for no reason!

near the sea, beautiful beach, great pool room air with heavy crude We thought of going to this super hotel, but not 'really a large house that are a little Spartan, certainly enormous in terms of space, but in the bathroom and the room should not expect much! Staff are very friendly and gentle. Excellent service! For the outdoor shower room, door leading to the bug from the crevice of the room (her GOKI and mosquitoes) come. Pp from the town beach is very close to convenient transportation. Most of the low-end cottage appears to be something really simple, the proposed deluxe. In this live for three days, the only regret is not able to replace deluxe, the room looks like a lot of conditions are poor, it is estimated that better value for money deluxe. It is worth mentioning that, the hotel seems to be the only one in front of the town pp small beach hotel, the location did not have to say. Channel side of the beach is the massage parlors and tour information, the other side is the bar or at the end of the starting point.
