Wonderful view of the bay, great big deck for morning coffee, peace and quiet on an otherwise hectic island.
The bathroom was unfinished and the roof had leaks when it rained. For the price I really can not complain.
I would gladly return to this hotel. Phi Phi can be a pretty crazy place with a lot going on, and the location was great for my wife and I on our honeymoon. Close enough to everything yet distant enough from the rest of the tourists that we could have our peace and quiet. The staff was nice and available as needed, but gave us the distance we desired to truly enjoy ourselves without being hassled 3.5/5 stars. The view itself was worth the money, but make sure you get a room up the hill far enough to make it worth your while.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Phi Phi is great in the downseason, but from what I hear it is overly touristy and filled with Eurotrash punters during peak season. Stop by Ibiza bar on the beach and ask for Leah or Hank - two of the most gracious hosts we met in Thailand!

delux room? I donn't think so!
Room was infected with mosquitos and the bed was infected with bed bugs which may i add we only found out in the morning. Bedding was stained with blood,towels torn and ragged,handles ripped off dooors and left where they were,windows and doors did not close properly thus allowing more insects into room.There was a couch in the room which on the first night iI removed as it was infected with lavi and cochroaches etc. When complaint was made in the morning there was a promise of a change of room, never happened. Glass in the windows did not fit and knocked constantly with the wind all day and night was intending to stay 3 nights and paid for 3 but only tolerated 2 with no apology or re-emburement.
Breakfast in the mornig is a joke as well as ahealth hazzard bin bags of rubbish everywhere fungi on the walls of the room mould in the bathroom and dresser,all has been photographed as yet nothing resolved
this hotel is a biology experiment if you want a bug infected bed and room poor health and hygeine tired and broken doors digusting breakfast and unhelpful staff then this is the place for you

The Location, The Surroundings, The View.
The air conditioning wasn't great and the bathroom was a bit shabby as there was a bath shaped area with no bath but it didn't matter, everything else made up for it.
What a great resort! We needed a little help with our luggage as there were more than a couple of steps up to our cabin but there were very friendly and helpful staff on hand to help us out. We had a balcony with chairs and a table which looked out onto palm trees and the beach which was absolutely beautiful especially at sunset. Our room was very spacious with a nice sized bed and our towels were laid out to look like a flower which was a nice touch. We had a large wardrobe for all our clobber, and a TV. Our room was cleaned every day and the staff seemed very friendly. I will definitely be going back to Phi Phi at some point and I would love to stay at Phitarom PP Resort again.
