I have stayed at this hotel 2 years ago. Then it was very nice. However, now it is a little bit run down. But if you want to party. This hotel is definately good location for that.

Arrived well before check in time and was greeted with friendly and funny counter staff who spoke good English. I was able to get into the room straight away. Room was perfect for a couple with a central location but extremely quiet.

phi phi island is busy and lacking customer service but the management and staff at this hotel were very nice and accomadating. the rooms were clean but needed some repair and for my taste hotels can never be clean enough but this one overall was pretty clean. again, the two gentleman in the lobby went out of their way to make our stay as good as possible. i would stay at this hotel again considering price, etc. overall 7.5/10. ps- don't send the owner icewine :)

phi phi is not for us

i returned to phi phi after being there 10 + years ago and heard some say that it had been taken over and refine to a higher standard... not so! if you are under 22 years old to party day and night, you like it here. if you are looking for a great vacation to relax and enjoy beautiful thailand, go somewhere else!
it seems ,that this island is just a noisy stinky party where you throw garbage wherever you want and don't take in the diving the snorkling and other beauties this island was once respected for. parties every night don't make for a relaxing stay.
the people at the resort were great and very pleasant. it is a ton of stairs and ths stairs and railings are falling apart in areas. not worth upgrading d
rooms as there really isn't much difference. the lower rooms snake when the upper pele move and feel line they were going shake down the hill. but if i had to go to phi phi again, i would stay here again.
Travel tip:
Eat at ciau Bella. Great people and service.
Don't eat at the rock, exact opposite!

Beautiful View from the Hotel of 120 steps.
Situated on hill and has a beautiful hill and nice clean rooms.

the host were lovely people. we were right close to the hour glass beaches. easy walk into the shopping and dinning, but a little distance from the night music. overall it was lovely.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
great hikes to long beach (about 20 minutes) and to relax beach (about 45 minutes)the snorkel mask is cheap at relax beach so you don't have to carry them all this way.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
Very calm atmosphere of the hotel to rest and the Governing Board of the hotel are very friendly

We stayed a day here. A very nice Hotel to stay for families. With a small-sized swimming pool is perfect for sunbathing or simply to enjoy being off the air. Governing Board of the hotel was very hospitable to us as well as much of a history monk statues located in the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Very close to reach from the hotel, just a viewpoint toward the left side of the hotel and Walk to the top
