Beautiful, Expensive & lots of flys in Restaurant.
The cottage was great, the staff did try hard and the surroundings were picturesque!

It was nice but because it is such a tourist place in the main bay it has lots of flies in the dining area. The Checkout is not flexible in the slightest. I have had the novelty and like most it was overrated. Next time I’ll find a cheaper / clearer place in town and walk. Oh and the walk to this place back and forth can be a pain..

Room not available first night when arrived
Bungalow 'nice' but not Deluxe

Was put up in a backpackers flat at back of site first night when complained told did not have my booked room available. Having paid premium price not impressed at all and very grim surroundings.
Deluxe Bungalows very close together, small and very dark. Best part of island though. Rest of Island has been spoilt by too many tourists and is rather dirty than exotic. Beach is small and spoilt by having boats pulled up onto it most of the time. Could not swim as too shallow have to take a boat out to deeper waters.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A walk to the Viewing points are a must, the view is spectacular.

Way over priced! Room was clean and comfortable but standard of bathroom was poor and the breakfast is fried or scrambled egg with toast! had to ask for toilet paper everyday as room was never cleaned. i stayed in much cheaper hotels in thailand and got so much more for my money! Dont really know what i was paying for here other than the room. Quite location is about the best thing this place has to offer.

This place has a great location, very close to the beach. Staff seemed nice but we couldn't figure out who was or were receptionists. If you plan to return to your room late, you should keep your room key on you as you might not find anyone in reception when you are back late.
Rooms and overall area of the hotel was impeccably clean and beautiful. It's tucked away from the crowds of bars and other hotels which makes this place appreciated. The pier is just 5 minutes walk away. The noise of beach parties is audible, albeit not as loud as in other hotels.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You may join half day trips to enjoy the beauty of islands, beaches and sunset.

Great location but mixed standard of accommodation
Fantastic location, quiet area of island but only a few minutes walk to the hub

We were greeted on the pier by friendly staff who transported our luggage down the sandy path to our accommodation. We booked 2 deluxe bungalows as we were travelling as a family with 2 teenagers. We were taken to 2 bungalows, one down a lovely garden path to a very nice bungalow. Two of us were taken down a sandy track to a bungalow in extremely poor condition. The sliding glass door could not be secured from the inside and needed to be locked with a padlock on the outside. The outlook from the verandah was of dilapidated bungalows stacked with rubbish and unused equipment. Weeds and rubbish surrounded our bungalow. Management reluctantly agreed to relocate us to a bungalow adjacent to rest of our family. This was in excellent condition with garden outlook, but did constantly have a very bad smell from bathroom. Breakfast provided was limited but sufficient. This is a family run business and the family in fact operate all nearby accommodation also. Brilliant location, stunning views, definitely over priced, but must expect to pay more on an island. Overall, we loved our stay on Phi Phi and had we not had the initial hiccup would probably be 100% happy.
Restaurant Tip:
Anna's restaurant. Great food and really good prices. Very popular so be early or be prepared to wait for a table. Worth the wait.
Then walk on to the other beach, sit down and buy a drink and watch the fire shows. Amazing.
