I pretty much like staying in that place. It is a bit further from the beach, still not that far but far enough to be able to have a good sleep as plenty of party was going on there every night.

i completely disliked it. i was there with 3 other friends and we booked 2 so called new ac rooms. the rooms were clean on the inside but was infested with insects everytime you open the door. the balcony was facing a dirty canal so sitting there was impossible. when we checked in, the water from the sink was brown and dirty and when questioned about it they claimed the tank was being cleaned so we could not use it for the next 2 hours. the shower was slow and the water was pathetic. sleeping at night was difficult as i could hear the crickets and frogs and all forms of insects all night long. the swimming pool was dirty and badly lit.

in short this place was terrible. i know phi phi generally has small bungalow accommodation, and is expensive for what you get. that i can deal with. but i wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. look elsewhere. we booked for 3 nights and after the 1st night wished we weren't committed. the room is an ideal size, if your a hobbit that is. and the cleanliness of the rooms are dire. we had 3 water outages in the space we were here and when the water did work it had all sorts of contaminates in it!! the rooms are very noisy as you feel that your neighbors are in your room, when there talking or using the toilet! no towel changes or room cleaned in the whole 3 nights and the bed springs really dig in to you.i'm not one to complain, but i feel that giving an honest rating. will avoid you being disappointing should you book here

Staff did not have heart to help much, have been to friendlier resorts and guesthouse around thailand during our trip, also bugalow and food overpriced here, toast and scrambled egg 180฿ cannot apply the menu at restaurant well. The room is okay acceptable, clean. Near the bar is noisey pool is closed early also far from beach unless you have a bike must walk through the town about 10+ min, nothing to see just trees

the decoration of this bungalow is creative and it is far from the beach, so it is quiet.

bed sheets are dirty. wifi only sometimes works. the decoration is impressive and the the location is close to view point, in other words, far from the beach, so you can get a good sleep in the evening. I will not recommend to my friends this bungalow until they have a clean room.

Is a nice distance from the night spots that you can easily reach the beach bars when you want to but far enough away you can sleep when you want to. Don't get excited about the fact they have a pool, it is more of a hole in the ground filled with next doors dam water. Rooms are very small but fairly clean. No safety deposit box and the lock is just a pad lock on the outside. Not a bad place but like everything on Phi Phi its expensive compared to the rest of Thailand.

Phi Phi is a crazy loud place at all hours of the night. This place is thankfully not situated downtown so when its time to sleep you might actually be able to. it is a short 3-5 min walk to the busy area. The pool is very interesting, I swam in it. Others didnt. you will see what I mean. it is nice having a pool area though. also it has a bar and its a nice place to meet people and chill. We stayed in the cheaper/older bungallows and they are fine. no ac just a fan. comes with mosquito net. wifi worked well in our room. the bungallows all have hammocks on the deck and it makes such a sweet vibe. we liked this place.
