Good if you want to be away from the noise.
Location up the hill away from the party noise but not too far if you want to join in. Gets a good breeze. If getting a fan room opt for the rooms that are white not the brown stand alone bungalows.

Simply and nice
To me is importante the hot shower, was perfect. The bed was totaly confortable. The balcony is large with coffee table, I loved it.

Was perfect, clean, staff speaks a little English but are friendly. That place is about 15 min far from pier, but you can go walking because the village is small. Housekeeper did a good job!

The name is correct, very uphill, lots of steps upto bungalow number 12. The room itself was fine, good size, western style bathroom, but everything was just quite old. The bedsheets after 1 day took on a damp quality and everything just felt damp. Lots of damp/mould spots on the ceiling. Lovely view from the balcony but did not want to sit on the chairs to enjoy the view as they were old and dirty, much in need of replacing. Reception staff not overly friendly. Also the music from town drifts at night, I thought being away from the town would help but think the uphill location just made it worse. I didn't sleep until well after 2am both nights due to the music. As I was only there 2 nights, I dealt with it but wouldn't want to stay any longer.

Good location as far enough away from the noise at night but close enough for it not to be too far to walk. Rooms are ok, Basic. hot water works. free wifi but not very good speed. suppose you get what you pay for.

Breat location and quiet from noise
It was a quiet location so we coud get some sleep away from the loud clubs on the bech.

The rooms were a good size and the bed was rely cumfy, its not to bad of a walk t the bugalows and the guy who met us from the pere was rely helpful and helped us with our bags,
the staff werent that friendly but we enjoyed the location and the rooms.

it's very difficaul to find it.i got lost twice, and the staff come to find me. it took 20 mins from the port to the hotel.
it's a choice if you want to have a good rest at night

I was welcomed from phi phi pier, and the guy from hotel helped me carrying my luggage and guided me to the cottage. The cottage is not closeby the pier, but it is ok to walk a little bit, phi phi is so small.
However, I won't stay this cottage anymore even they will give me cashback.
Bed bugs in my room, I found 5 small bed bugs on my bed in midnight, since I was too itching during sleep. I changed to another room, but i still saw some small drop of blood from bed bugs. It is disgusting.
No wifi in the room.
It is still nosiy in the evening, even the cottage is on the hill and away from the main street,I could hear the music from the room.
