the grounds and rooms here are stunning. again like many other reviews state it is the beach itself that lets the place down. The beach is full of comings and goings, ferrys, taxi boats and most annoyingly the speed boats. For the price we payed I would expect a relaxing secluded type beach. The beach is so busy they needed to place buoys to ensure safety for swimmers. I did however feel that the extra expense was reflected in the good this hotel does for the environment and community.

The staff was unbelievable. Always helpful and happy. However, some employees could speak a better English. The rooms were always very well organized. However, we felt it was too expensive in comparison to other resorts in the same beach, not only the basic service, but mainly additional services like tours and spa treatments.

We were disappointed with the quality of the fittings/amenties of this hotel, especially considering it is rated as 5 star. A lot of the facilities were outdated and slightly rundown. Having said this, the staff were extremely professional and assisted us with our every need. We appreciated the complimentary mosquito wipes and love the breakfast. Great location as well.

Sand Everywhere!
Everywhere is sandy- but it has a great beachy feel. Good food- but a bit redundant. The staff there is amazing and very kind.

it may be the best place to stay at K. Phi Phi these days. the south side is over crowded. the north side is still serene, especially before and after the day trip boats are gone. the breakfast is fantastic at resort. mosquitoes can be problematic during the day with the hotel is situated within trees, and it is not a big problem at night with the ocean breeze. the staffs are wonderful.
Hotel Feature Tip:
taking public ferry to the hotel is much cheaper, but 2hrs longer, especially the return trip to phuket that takes long time in loading passengers from longtail-boats.

We had a very fine stay at the hotel. The service was very good, the food excellent. Very nice employees. We choose this hotel because it was not one of the big ones. It was very relaxing which was what we wanted. We also had a boattrip which was very nice. Apart from looking at the nature we were snorkling. This is a hotel we want to visit again.
