Excellent for the person looking to disconnect from the crazy world. Ao Prao has a sister property that allows you to charge to your room. Rooms lovely but a bit dark and some beginning to be a little dated. Limited number of restauants on the beach. Food ok but drinks very expensive here. We went to Kai Saew beach for dinner onece, it was less expensive than the resort. You can rent an ATV to drive around the island and check out other beaches very close to the resort.
Seaview sunset and quiet.
The hotel needs to renovate all rooms.

Nice breakfast and lovely chef salad at lunch time. Efficient and friendly staff. Beautiful grounds.
The only thing I noticed was a bit of mold/mildew in the shower. Could easily be remedied with a bit of bleach, not an uncommon failing in Thai resorts.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Fabulous snorkeling on either end of the cove. Great boating service, Jimmy's will take you around to the east side of the island for more snorkeling/sight seeing.

Excellent for the person looking to disconnect from the crazy world. Ao Prao has a sister property that allows you to charge to your room. A third, unrelated resort are the only facilities on this side of the island. Not much to do except enjoy the beautiful beach, a good book, and some great food. If you need to be entertained, Ao Prao might not be a good fit, but was exactly what we were looking for!
Quiet, beautiful grounds and facilities.
Hotel does not have place to purchase things that you may forget, such as suncreen.
- Travel tip : Take advantage of the private speedboat to/from Ban Phe.
