during stay have some company group play rally game in the morning and make noise that's not appropriate for other guest whose still sleep.

at cottage house is very hot in the afternoon even air-condition is not enough. so many noise from outside.

The resort is right next to a well-serviced beach. The room is plain, but clean. I expect they will be upgrading as another resort in the area is. Internet is not available on the resort, but there are plenty of Internet cafes a few block away, although a bit pricier than in larger cities in Thailand. As usual, Agoda provided the best price.

Location is great! Breakfast is good. Free ferry service.

sai kaew beach resort koh samet is a nice resort, very clean lot of personnel & staff. you can take your breakfast from of the sea, the buffet is good value. the resort propose also one day with a boat tour for 1000 bath per person. Maximum 12 person per boat and 3 staff boys. visit of turtle & firm farm lunch on the beach. the boat was very luxurious, you can find on the beach other proposal for 650 bath per day but the boat is less beautifful. anyway all boats are going to visit the same islands !

Enjoyable stay at Sai Kaew Beach Resort Guest Rating: 4.2

We (a family with two children) stayed in two Deluxe rooms for four nights. We found the more quiet beach a bit too quiet to our liking. When my husband became ill one night, the staff was really helpful in all aspects. We can also recommend a boat trip to other islands for snorkeling, diving etc. These islands are even more beautiful than Koh Samet itself. The on-going constuction did not disturb us at all.

Clean and cosy rooms in a beautiful surrounding. The lively beach offered a lot of amusement for children as well as adults. The staff is very helpful and the service is all you can expect.

The pool area wasn't very attractive, which can be a disappointment to some people. As we prefer the beach anyway we didn't really mind.

This island is a calm and beautiful place. It is perfect for a quiet holiday. Good food, excellent service and nice beaches. Dont travel with many heavy suitcases here, backpack I recommended! Limited shopping but there is many places to eat, and also many beaches to visit. There is a lot of dogs on the beaches, but they are calm. I will visit this island again for sure!

Very nice beach and very close to other resorts. The resort is on the beach, i was able to see the beach from my room. Don't expect the room to be too clean, you get what you pay for.

Nous avons apprecie les prestations proposees par le site Agoda et la facilité pour reserver notre hotel ainsi que la precisions des informations donnees. De plus l'hotel Sai Kaew Resort est fantastique et la disponibilité du personnel est tres bonne.

L'environnement est superbe, les bengalows sont tres bien ammenages et le service est tres bon. Nous avons tout apprecies: la gentillesse, l'accueil.

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Une petite crique est situee juste a cote de l'hotel, c'est formidable pour se detendre si on ne veut pas aller a la grande plage. Tout est a proximite: les restaurants, la plage, la piscine de l'hotel, les commerces de l'ile.

I enjoyed very much at the Sai Kaew Beach Resort.Bbreakfast was delicious, especially egg service was really good. In the morning there were more rocks than sand in the beach but at the evening beach was beautiful and I could go swimming.

Room size is not so big, but clean and air-condition, TV, bed is good. Bus-boat service is only 50 baht and boat is big. Parking fee is free.Iif I come again, I will use this hotel.

Shower is not inside room and hot water is very very hot.

This is one of the best resorts for the money with a great family atmosphere. Travel was seamless with no hassles, a big plus when you live here. Once your arrive at the Samed Resort office in Ban Phe they take care of you first class. If you live and work in Thailand, make sure you show your Thai ID to the office in order to get the 40baht rate for the park fee. The staff were all great; breakfast was excellent. We had a very relaxing stay and will definitely use Agoda again and return to Sai Kaew Beach Resort.

We liked the fact that there was access to both a private beach and the public beach from this resort.

There is nothing negative to say about this resort.

• Hotel Feature Tip : There is some good snorkeling right off the shore of Pineapple beach but you have to wait until around mid-day for the tide to be high enough so you don't scrape yourself on the coral.
