nice room with a big rooftop

The room is big and clean with a big rooftop, we enjoyed sitting there a lot. It took about 10 mins to reach the hotel from the pier, but the road is very rough and quite existing.

Nice hotel with good and clean room....but....the staff (young manly) isn't very smiling and professional except one person who's trying to do his best...so considering the price, it's not a good service...anyway the room was good and clean

this is the second time to live in this hotel when spend in Koh Sammet. my parents likes this hotel beacause the beatiful garden view and it is very close to the beach.
I think the room clearing and the food is not as same as what I was here one year ago.
but, it is still one of the best hotels in Koh Sammet.

The beach here is great, especially at night time where you can eat a meter from the water. Great Thai food, probably the cheapest restaurant on the island. Cheap drinks too (comparatively).
The staff has to be the most unfriendly I have ever met anywhere, I think they train them this way. They have a tack in their shoe to prevent any form of smile.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There is a tax to enter the National Park where all the hotels are located. What they do with this tax is beyond me as the interior of the island is filthy.
You can avoid this tax by taking the speed boats directly to your hotel, or by walking from the peer to your hotel. The "guards" assume you already paid since your not riding in the cattle truck they call taxis.

Easy to reach by speadboat, they bring you right to the resort. We stayed in a clean modern room nicely designed and the bed was confortable. We appreciated the quality of the surroundings and well maintained gardens. Nice discotheque at night. Great value for the price. Possibility to reach other area of the Island walking on the beach or using the street. We rented a motobike to explore the Island and we found beautiful viewpoint to take pictures. Be aware that some roads are hard to drive for beginners on motobike. We found it was fun and we felt more like doing off road.

clean and nice hotel. staffs can communicate un English. tasty food and provide towel borrowing service for tourists play on the beach. hoyel owns a mini supermarket and lots of good restaurants arround the beach.
