This is a very nice and clean hotel. The room I had a great view of the ocean and the pool. I found the staff was very pleasant and helpful, but English was a problem.
The free Breakfast is fantastic! A great selection of both Asian and American fare. I also had dinner at the restaurant on the property and found the found to be quite good, which is important because the hotel is a bit distant from quality restaurants.
I enjoyed my stay there very much. I would return in the future should my travels take me to the area.
Very nice rooms, and staff was very friendly. The lobby is small but has nice atmosphere. The restaurant on site has a varied menu and very good food
A bit isolated and the beach needs some staff maintenance due to an overabundance of litter

If you want to head off to Koh Samet, I'd recommend this hotel but the bugs and reptile-type-animals remind us of the scary experience on the wall behind our beds and in the bathroom.
Except for this happening, all things were positively fine.
