They welcomed us with bad service. Even complimentary bottles of water was not provided. In the room do not have telephone, if you have any problems or want to ask for something more ,you need to walk to the lobby only. And when we ask for one more blanket, they do not give us even our group has 3 persons they give us only 2 blanket. the staffs always ignore to serve anything that we wanted. The room is so dark and musty. The restroom is very small and no decoration.This hotel is good only location that is near the beach. My suggestion is do not choose this hotel, if you would like to have the impressive trip at the beautiful Koh Tao island.

Close to the beach, close to restaurants, close to divingshops 6 We are not too fuzzy but there was no cleaning or change of towels, sheets during or stay. The swinmmingpool was just for the divingschool who occupied it almost every day. Sunchairs rutton. We enjoied the food in the restaurant and some of the waiters were awake sometimes.

Very nice pool and great location. 5.7 The hotel is in a great location and the rooms have a good size, but the bathroom was small and completely full of mould. It´s a pitty because the rooms have a good size and there is also a vary nice balcony. You should not stay there if you have alergy problems or mind with mould.

Solo travelers United States of America, July 30, 2012	Basic hotel but on the beach Located on the beach. 6.7 Room was ok, the air conditioner had a moldy smell - I don't know if they need to change the filters, but I've found this before with air conditioned rooms in Thailand. There were a colony of gnats in the bathroom which was a little upsetting. Ants are fine, they are everywhere at these types of places, but flying bugs is a little much. Room itself was decent other than that, bed comfortable, seemed relatively clean. Pool undergoing renovations and was out of commission, but the beach is right there and you are on the main drag of Sairee which is nice. Internet is solid as opposed to other places. Staff was nice. Lots of other young travelers, and a decent bar right next door. Only stayed one night.

Couples United Kingdom, July 24, 2012	Very nice hotel quiet and friendly staff 9 would highly recommend for couple wanting quiet time yet only 5 min walk to fishermans village and the beach, lovely friendly staff who were always smiling and helpful, went in July and quite quiet so we ere only ones that used the swimming pool.
