Good snorkelling

Distance from rooms to beach and restaurant/reception was too far and the hills were so steep! It was overpriced, 1500 bart for a fan and the electricity was only part-time so the rooms were too hot. The beach which was meant to be with the resort was a 30 metre swim away and part of a different resort. No internet...it was dial-up which didn't work...no phone.

Overall i would not recommend this resort to anyone. There is no way of contacting anyone outside the resort, it's location is really inconvenient. Ko Tao itself is a nice island, but you can't experience it from this resort.

Hotel Feature Tip : Take lots of cash as a 50 minute round trip to a cash point is very inconvenient!

it is perfect, onley the electric power not good Guest Rating: 7.7

Fairly good position, Having its own port, from the port you can jump into the water. The water is so clear, so you can see many tropical fish near the port. Additionally, it is one of the dive points at koh tao, so you have no need to find it. Jump into water, snorkeling, anytime you like.

The electice power is not so good. Supplied only from 6PM to 11AM. And it will stopped at midnight, very hot and many insects, you can image it.

I would like it very much. Anytime you can snorkeling, just jump into the water. Also, the boss, Mr. big, is a very good man, interesting and hardworking. The only thing I am not so satisfied is the electic power. Supplied only from 6PM to 11AM. And it will stopped at midnight, very hot and many insects, you can image it.

Fabulous for peace and quiet, great for snorkeling and the food is good.

Long steep walk up to our bungalow and the place feels a little rough around the edges. No electricity until 6pm. Did I mention how quiet it is!

If you want to relax, read, swim and snorkel for a few days then this is the place. You can jump straight off the deck into the sea. We had a Bungalow quite far up the hillside and it was a steep and fairly hot walk up in the middle of the day. The deck, bar/restaurant was ok, the staff very friendly but I don't think we'd go there again. The views were great and Mango Bay is pretty but this resort is too quiet for us.

Hotel Feature Tip : Take plenty of cash and supplies with you, remember this resort can oly be reached by boat!
