Do not stay here Guest Rating: 1.2

Location is OK. Room were quite clean once they realized that we had booked there, the day after our arrival. The front desk people will rather take care of organizing tours than taking care of the customers staying in the hotel. Spa, pool and restaurants were closed during our whole stay. Why bother as we were the only ones. Overall, need to improve everything. I will definitely won't stay at this hotel again if I ever visit this area. In brief, do not stay here.

No pros at all except the shower

No service at all. They were not even informed about our booking and arrival date. Breakfast was improvised as we were the only ones in the hotel at that period. It wasn't even fresh.

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Near the hotel down the rooad, a nice tour agency owned by a very nice person. She will do whatever she can to help you out and give you tips on how to organize your days (from island visits to renting motorcycles, laundry cleaning,etc...).

Hotel is on the edge of town near the two beach areas on quite road out of town although i went out of season the staff on hand were pleased to help giving me a nice relaxed week in Ao nang, The pool on the second floor looks out over the sea for relaxing days by the pool with a beer and a book

Overall this was a lovely looking hotel but as I have found out it wasn't the same level of service or commitment you find during peak or high season. But still a good value hotel and had a nice swimming pool with a beautiful view.

The location is great as it's far enough away from the crowds but still really close to all of the facilities in Krabi. The staff will help you with almost anything you need to know and you can make travel arrangements at the travel desk in the foyer.

It is a beautifully designed hotel with plenty of open spaces and very high ceilings. A most delightful place to stay in Krabi, very close to all the shops, restaurants and beaches

• Restaurant Tip : The Banana Leaf restaurant offered excellent food at very good prices with very friendly staff.

Don't pay extra for the club room if you don't need the tub
