Nice hotel and service with a smile

The hotel is located a bit far from the town but u can rent a bike for 200 baht a day for yr transportation or get a taxi or take a bus from the nearest bus stop that takes a 5 minutes walk. By renting a bike u can drive to Krabi Town which is about 20km away from the hotel and there is country side view on yr way. The room is quite big and if u are lucky it may face the swimming pool. Interior design and furniture
is quite new.

i've been to krabi twice and i both times i choose to stay at ananta burin. the rooms are well appointed with modern amenities, the staff are always helpful and friendly and the location give us the peace and quiet we wanted. only cons are the breakfast at off-peak season is really bad, not many options and the shower area can do with a proper shower screen instead of curtain type, as after every shower, the whole bathroom will be wet.

ananta burin resort is a great hotel to stay in if you are looking for a place that is modern with great facilities that is not too crowded.
the hotel is also located just nicely so that it is not affected by the noise from the main shopping street but not too far away from it either. (though, renting a motorbike/bicycle is advisable - only per day)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do the island hopping trip and the trip to emerald pool.

Ao nang is a quiet, a place where you can relax. The tours we went were pleasant and I enjoyed our trip ti Phi phi island. In front of the Ananta Burin hotel are small shops and stores. There is also a massage parlour where we had a good and relaxing massage. If you are traveling just for relaxation then a stay in Ao nang is good but if you want to do shopping, there is not much to see.

did not have a good stay right from check in to check out the behaviour was very cold not the style of welcomig , we took a pool acess room but it was smelling with humidity and staff was not polite , my little daughter age 3 wiped her hands with towel and it got stain of curry and hotel wanted to charge us 300 bhatt for small hand towel 6cm by 6 cm when we asked them to wash they refused ,eventually i had to wash and showed them there is no stains and then they accepted .
they are looking for western tourist whom they can ripp off
not advisable to stay
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
tuk tuk is avilable on gate charge 20bhatt per pax but you can walk to beach in 15 minutes

it was my 2nd times stayed here. unlike my 1st stayed, this time got room on the first floor (direct access to the pool).
The room has unpleasant smell and not fresh. My collagues who stayed in the other room also complained the same things. I guess it came from moist and less expose to fresh air & sun light.
Breakfast was poor, but acceptable for this room rate.
