very average hotel, swimming pool had algae growing on the tiles. there was a smell of sewerage at certain times around the hotel although this may be more to do with the area rather then just the hotel. hotel staff didn't speak very good english and didn't know a printing service was available even though there was a sign right in front of the reception desk. pool bar staff were friendly, as we're the room cleaners and breakfast staff, reception less so.

we had a perfect stay there! room was very nice and clean, breakfast was great with many different choices of food. location was also great, only few minutes walk from the center and the beach. we wish we had more time to enjoy just laying at the pool area, which was also nice, and not too crowded. staff was very friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile. we would definitely recommended this hotel!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There are so many things to do there, daily trips to different islands, and the best thing is that all tours will pick you up at your hotel in the morning and drop you off later in front of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel to relax

the staff gives us an upgrade of our room, where you can jump into the pool straight our balcony which was extremely lovely. room is nice and clean, and though the hotel is walking distance to the beach where all the hustle bustle are at, the place surrounding is quiet, hence it is a good place to chill out and relax.

Great location with slightly small rooms

we had 3 nights and i can't say i can complain much except for the slightly small rooms as my friend is a huge fellow and sometimes we got in the way. rooms were neat and clean. the private pool was great. staff were friendly and able to point us in the right direction when we needed assistance. breakfast was reasonable and filled our tummies. the best part was the location. 5 to 7 mins walk and we are right in the hustle and bustle of the city.

“Full dissapoinrment”

Stayed for 2 nights on end of feb there. Check in was as normal, given room # 319 which is deluxe pool view and 'king size bed' as booked.
Room was average with clean. Found stains on the duvet and have notified the front desk about it when we went out in order for them to change the new one.
Once we back to our room we noticed that the duvet was folded nicely so we assumed that the cover has been changed. Few minutes later found out that that was the same duvet cover and they never changed it all and just fold it to cover it to make the stain invisible.
While we were sleeping, we found out that 2 single bed was merged together and converted as 'king size bed'. So, just imagine there is a gap in between and annoyed us throughout the sleep.
Breakfast was average and front desk staff have no smiling attitude towards the guest except a lady.
Most of the guests will leave their room keys at front desk whenever out from the hotel. We also practiced the same way. But when we returned to the hotel and asked for the key, the staffs just take it from the slot and gave it to the guests without verifying if the room really belongs to the right person. What if somebody else claimed the room belongs to him and vanished after ''cleared'' everything from the room?? The management should provide the better training to the staffs.
The only consolation of this hotel is the location. I felt the buri Tara resort which is located just next to this resort would be a better choice on the rates, service as I ever stayed there before

Lovely hotel with great service.
I really loved the cocktails and massages by the pool.

this was a realy nice hotel. very relaxed in krabi as opposed to busy patong. the cocktails and massages by the pool are really good and cheap. breakfast was very delicious. lots of mosquitos in the room though. make sure you go on a snorkelling tour to phi phi island by speed boat. amazing.
