Nice hotel with friendly service

overall, it was a pleasant stay. we managed to obtain a room upon checking in at 12pm, so we didn't have to wait for a room, probably as it was not a peak travelling season with full occupancy. the staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly, though they did not have a perfect command of english, but they try their best to accede to whatever requests we had. the location of the hotel is only about 5 mins away from the beach, and about 15 minutes walk away from the main stretch of shops and restaurants. it is generally easy to get around on foot as everything is available on the main strip.
Restaurant Tip:
Aning restaurant on the main strip serves pretty decent and good food. Visit when its low season
as almost quite a few of the restaurants offer discounts off the menu.

Cozy and clean hotel

Our room was upgraded to deluxe as specified when we booked during the offer period. Room was cozy and clean but outside was a little dusty due to construction just next to hotel. We like the breakfast provided on the three days, variety was adequate and different each day. Only con was hotel was a little far from the main shops. When tired after a day's outing, it seems like such a distance to walk.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Book your activities at travel agencies along shopping area. There are plenty and bargain, bargain, bargain! We got our package at half the price of what is listed at hotel and we enjoyed trips thoroughly.

The hotel is not close to Aonang Beach, atleast 10 minute walk away. Its a very old hotel with small rooms. Breakfast is more oriental style. The lunch & juices are great.

Reasonable hotel but not deserving a 4 star rating

I did not find this hotel met up to expectations. The breakfast was mediocre, the internet charges high and the room was OK. The towel design was probably the best feature of the room design. Whilst paying extra for the pool view, this mainly meant people being able to see into your room from many other places. The staff were less helpful if you booked tours or transport other than through the hotel and the staff around the hotel were not particularly helpful. As building was going on next door the main noise was electrical saws and other equipment, not conducive to a relaxing stay. There is a very poor selection of English TV channels, despite the information stating a number of sport and other TV channels being available.

Lovely room, warm and friendly staffs

The hotel is well maintained, clean and the staffs are warm and friendly. Highlight is of course the pool access rooms where the distance between you and the pool is merely a step down from the balcony. Great place to relax!

Service With Smile and Clean Crisp Room

My wife and I liked the stay at this rather peaceful and quiet hotel. Staff were forth coming to help and are very apologitic when we had to wait for the room event though check-in time was not due yet.
Travel tip:
Rent a motorcycle for and ride to any of the ecologcal destinations you like refering to a map which can be bought at 130 baht at Krabi Town. The places are easily located by their huge street directory signboards. You save money at time is at your disposal compared to scheduled tours.

Lovely & cosy hotel, and excellent service
Great location, walking distance to Ao Nang market

I loved the hotel, as the location is good where it is just 5 mins walk from the hotel to Ao Nang market. The room is very cosy and clean. Though the room is not very big, overall they provide everything you needed.
The hotel staffs were very friendly as well. We rented a bike and wanted to ride to Krabi town, the hotel staff spent 30 mins explaining to us how to ride to the town. Some last minute requests are also attended very quickly by them, like getting an international adapter, getting extra towels & etc.
If you are lazy to go out, try out the hotel's food, as it was really good!
Shopping Tip:
There are lots of shops along the Ao Nang road, make sure you bargain with them to get a good deal.
