Totally wrong selection. location is quite far from city and island boat taxi . Room facility is broken and ask them to repair but they take long time …
Ask them to change room but their room was not ready .
I saw their cleaning but it cannot be called “cleaning” .
Very regret to select this hotel.
And restaurant also, keep waiting almost one hour and taste is not nice.
Almost staff cannot speak English.
Everything is Thai quality. Totally NOT good service resort hotel.
I spoil my birthday in this resort. Two of us, feel bad and regret this trip with this hotel.

its not as described "brand new", the gym is crap!
worse location in Krabi, will not use this hotel again!

i chose this hotel initially because it was described as brand new but its very dated and the location is too remote even for the locals. there are no shops near the hotel by walking distance . only one restaurant in the entire hotel....the gym is out of order and it seems no one ever bothered to use it! i just feel cheated by this hotel.

Hon island day trip is best!

We were interested in staying at this hotel because we enjoy staying in less busy areas when we travel. This hotel definitely fit the bill, but in addition to being remote from busy areas, it is also not close to any Thai businesses or villages. It is a taxi ride to get to any shops, markets etc. The only thing on the beach are a few other touritst hotels. If this is what you are looking for you won't be disappointed, but for ourselves, we would rather be close to some authentic Thai restaurants, shops, people etc. The view is exceptional. The grounds of the hotel could use some better upkeep. The pool is nice. The beach is nice in the morning when the tide is in, but when it goes out, it is quite foul smelling. Our room the first night had a major plumbing issue, and so we were moved to another room the second night. The restaurant servers were very nice.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We took a day trip to Railay beach and it was well worth it! I would say this would be a good stay for a couple of nights, but I wouldn't book my whole stay here due to the isolation.
