the room is big and spacious with sofa, a mediun size fridge is provided and the toilet is great...it is big too the indoor light is not enough....suggest to have bigger watt bulbs. The staffs are frendly, helpful and polite, it is very important to a guess, they have done it.
The breakfast served was great and value for money, you will not feel lacking in variety.
The swimming pool is in medium size and clean and well maintain.
I would suggest the management to plant more trees or flower plants at the side of the hotel building (the way leading to room at the side building), hotel customers will walk pass this path to the room and it is not just empty land without any greens.
it is almost a beach front hotel and very convinient to get to the beach.

Just about every thing els. The room was a good size, clean. The hotel is in the middle of the main street, behind and over the shops. The sea view from the balcony / room is not quite what you might think as beach is on the other side of the road. But through two rows of trees. The main road runs outside as dose the main shopping street.
Travel tip : As said right outside.

Was given a room on ground floor with no view despite the booking was made a month ago, requested for high floor with view. On the first night, found out that one of the pillow case got shoes prints on top, went to the receptionist requested to change to a new one. To our surprise, he told us that the housekeeping has all gone home and he had no key to access to the cupboard. He suggested to sleep on the other side of the pillow which was also dirty. He did not apologize and said there is nothing he could do. The bed linens were quite sticky too. We had a very unpleasant sleep on the first night.

Beware of the mini-bar! We removed the contents and put them in the wardrobe so that we could use the space for our own stuff. Despite informing the hotel of this, we were presented with the bill upon departure. When we refused to pay, the owner said that she would charge her staff instead, which was unacceptable to us. We left feeling disgruntled after a great week's holiday.
Restaurant Tip : Black Canyon Coffee rocks our world. It is just around the corner.

Rooms not clean, poorly maintained, bed was terrible This was one of the first hotels I've ever booked by internet based on the photos and reviews. It was a very poor hotel, bad value for money, the staff were unfriendly, bed was really uncomfortable and we were pleased to leave there for a better hotel. I'd definitely not recommend this hotel

The place had a very friendly and smiling staff who speak very good English. The rooms were nice and clean with a nice view. The bed were very good so I slept very well all night long. I love the bathroom with a bathtub plus shower. I will for sure recommend this apartment to my friends visiting Krabi and Ao Nang, and I will come back myself.
