opposite the beach just cross the road, quiet and private.
no tea in the room, only coffee.
good value for the price we pay. convenient and quiet, good to stay away from shopping centre but close enough to walk there. Friendly staff.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : can get half day private long tail boat in front of hotel at the beach for 1,700.-bath.

I stayed at the Ao Nang Buri in 2004. Then it was OK.Nice room cleaning and decent food for breakfast. It has changed hands for the worse. There was a large hanging sign at the entrance to the hotel for a new Manager , Front Receptionist and Staff. Not exactly encouraging.Customers were locals in bus trips from Bangkok.Not many spending Europeans.The sign for new staff was removed but then replaced with a bigger sign for even more job vacancies. This hotel has fallen from grace. The stay was bearable though basic breakfast and service was made available. Hugely disappointing to what was once a vibrant, well managed and friendly place.
