Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff
Short walk from the beach
The rooms were actually individual ground floor bungalows so each had a small balcony. Most of the walls had big glass windows but the bungalows are pretty close together so we kept our curtains down the whole time. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and the linens/bathroom was clean. Small pool but we had no problems getting loungers.

Very helpful and accomodating staff
Close to restaurants
A few minute walk to the beach
We stayed here for 6 nights in late September--the rainiest time in the area. We enjoyed our stay here and found the staff to be extremely helpful. The breakfasts are adequate especially if you have them make you eggs. we loved the shady garden that kept the noise of the street away and made you feel like you were in a much more secluded area.

-small but nice swimming pool, nice scenery from swimming pool
-neat room with all basic neccessity especially umbrella (very useful due to it is raining season during my stay)
- during the night, it is kind of dark to walk from lobby to the room(my room), should have some lamp poles to light up the pathway.
- The bathroom is big.. it will be good if there's a bathtub..
It is a bit far from the beach, anyhow, we enjoy walking down the street to hunt for food especially pancake with cashew nut, my favorite.
The hotel breakfast is good, less variety but with nice bacon. The deluxe room is large enough for 3 girls. however the air-cond in the room seems malfunction during the midnite.. it turns off in the midnight.. anyhow.. that doesn't bother us much. The pool is good enough for us to soak in after a day of trip in sea. Due to it is low season, there are quite few people using the pool, seems like a private pool for us. We enjoy soaking, floating and "jacuzzing" in the pool.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Must go to railay bay to have a beach stroll.. nice view. it is better to go in the afternoon and come back by evening. the last boat is 6pm and the boat fare increases after 6pm. If you wish to see sunset, you might have to board the boat after 6pm which might be more expensive.
