large room, close to spa and beach

The family room was big enough although it think the lighting was a bit dim.I also think that the price of the room was overpriced.An overall the surrounding was great,close to the beach and the breakfast i must say superb.i liked the thai style fish porridge so much.

Nice hotel and spacious room

Overall it was a nice stay with it's convenient location. The hotel located on Ao Nang beach and the beach is right across the street from the hotel. Food was good and tasty. Receptionists were very helpful and knowledgeable, and gave a lot of good suggestion on the local travel options.
Setbacks:
1. Other than the receptionist, most of the staffs don't understand English and can't even communicate in English.
2. There wasn't lift within the premise, it's a pain to carry our luggages via staircase when we stay on the 3rd floor.
3. The swimming pool was quite dirty; if hotel staff can clean it on a more regular basis, it will be much better.
Restaurant Tip:
must try the sticky mango rice. and also the fresh mango. the fruit is simple excellent!

Best Hotel in Ao Nang

I love the hotel. I had to go to Karbi every other week. I stayed in different hotel. This hotel is my favorite so far. The hotel was new, the room was clean, and the beakfast was good with various kinds of food to choose from. We stayed on the first floor of one of the hotel buildings. We had a nice view of a small pond ana a lot of plants; however, the room was stale with the humidity from the pond. The price was reasonable. The check in and out took a little bit too long. The staff at the hotel restaurant could be more attentive and friedlier. The shopping area was close by.

Great Location but Staff not friendly
Great Location, just about a walking distance from the beach

The location, the rooms and the price of the room are great. But the staff were not friendly at all. Before checking out, they were charging us for a missing drinking glass in the room.

Central to all shopping and beach
Location was good. Staff were nice.

We didn't realise this was a Muslim Resort so no alcohol and no bacon. No big deal, we just drank elsewhere. Pool area is good, gets all days sun and is very well supplied with day beds.
Great to use as a base camp to then travel day trips to other areas.
Great access to Railey Beach.
Breakfast was just ok.

Beautiful hotel at good location

This is a non smoking hotel and that's why some confusion was created . Otherwise this is a very good hotel just on the AO Nang beach.
