Service excellent and with a smile. Good buffet breakfast and first class facilities. I am struggling here!.... To be honest the only irritation was that the toilet roll holder was sited too far back, with the result that the roll fell of its support every time you tugged it! Hence you can see how little there is to complain about! The landscaping is wonderful with seemingly acres of room so that there is no sense of overcrowding either in the grounds or by the swimming pools.
Also, although conveniently situated in middle of the shopping/restaurant area (but with one side adjoining the beach), it is peaceful and quiet owing to the size of the grounds.
I really have nothing but praise for every aspect of this excellent resort hotel and would also recommend a visit to their first class Spa and massage centre.

Great location right by the beach and very close to all the shops and eating places. Fantastic large swimming pool There was no lift and we were on the top floor. After all of our shopping taking the bags down stairs was not the best. The gym is also very basic so if you want a proper gym this is not the place for you. Fantastic stay. The resort is just up from the beach, none of the hotels are on the beach here. The beach is lovely with fantastic views of the stone outcrops all over. The rooms were a lovely size with fantastic views. The shops were very close to the resort about a 2 min walk but far enough away that you did not have any of the noise. By far the best looking resort about. The pool was massive and very clean. Would be staying here again if we went back
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Make sure you go to Poda Island. Fantastic and you can get the taxi over which is just 300 baht each way.

The service was excellent, pools were great, location was fantastic - on the beach and a short walk to the bars and shops. The staires to get up to the rooms - try not to be put on the top floor. Breakfast si very basic and they start clearign at exactly 10am! The hotel was clean, the service was good, the food at the pool bar was also great. The spa is lovely and offers may treatments. The location is great - slightly secluded but on the beach and literally a 5 min walk to the restaurants, shops and bars. The rooms were fine, quite basic but all that you could need and comfortable.
Hotel Feature Tip : Do not get a room on the third floor!

nice rooms and exclt location good sized rooms, clean-ish(usual mould in bathrooms), got the interconnecting rooms requested despite them being non-comittal on the phone prior to arrival), modern furnishings, staff friendly and spoke good english generally, great location right next to main shopping area and 20 mins to airport.
sadly, the restaurant had atrocious food and meals took forever to come out even though restaurant was empty! Don't eat at the restaurant-this includes the room service option. Luckily, plenty of good options just outside the hotel.

Biggest swimming pool in the entire Ao Nang Village! I stayed 3 nights with my 8 year old daughter. I selected it because of the location (practically on the beach) and because of the hotel having the biggest swimming pool in Ao Nang. For the price the hotel is ok. Below average food at breakfast, weak wireless internet connection, some snotty female reception employees not reflecting the motto "land of smiles", but overall we got what we paid for. Also missing the dinner performances from few years ago. Next time we go to Sheraton Krabi again where we stayed 3 years ago.

Two swimming pools, lots of space by pools, close to beach and restaurants, shops. Also liked the massage by the pool. Not much other than service at restaurant was a little slow What a great spot to park oneself to have a relaxing time in Krabi. I would really recommend this hotel to families for its convenience and kids facilities. We choose it for its pools which were as good as we'd hoped, and for its location which is almost unparalelled. The rooms are good for the price - clean with modern decor, nice balcony. (It probably helped that we visited off-peak.)
Restaurant Tip : Lots of restaurants just outside the front entrance of the hotel. Really liked Thailandia -more of an upmarket restaurant - about 200 metres to the right when you exit hotel front entrance.

Good location, close to the Ao Nang beach, night market and the longtail boat pier. The staff are friendly and helpful. I really like the layout of the room & balcony - clean & nicely designed. very clean , close to main shopping , eating and feels like a hide away none for the price of the hotel The hotel was great , very close to the main shopping and eating areas . The staff where very helpfull and friendly. It was a very clean hotel and had lots to offer. We feel that it was great value for Money and close to the beach . The Breakfast was go with a big selection to suit most. I would stay at this Hotel again and have no problems reccommending this location to all.

amazing stay, we wished to prolong our stay there but the resort was fully booked.
amazing rooms, value for money, clean and modern, in the heart of town, close to everything but still amazingly quiet.
Nightlife Tip : go out the sea exit and turn left to the "massage village" - 20 boothes of massages really cheap with sea view and nice atmosphere.

Nice room, service was good but not overly friendly. Breakfast was okay. Two pools which were nice with a bar and pool side massages. Krabi isn't the most spectacular location, and it is a place I won't ever feel obligated to visit again. Krabi is far from spectacular. The beaches are fun to walk on, but not a place for swimming. The night life was terrible. If you feel like you need to see it; this is a nice, comfortable resort.

Near the beach, comfortable rooms, fairly good breakfast, courteous staff and big pools. Nothing I disliked to speak of I liked this hotel. It is lovely and quiet with big pools and near the activity around the town. The rooms were fairly large and the staff was couteous. the breakfast is pretty good and there is tea time in the afternoon. Lots of places to lounge about. The towels are big and the bathrooms well stocked. I would stay here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Rent a motorbike and drive around the area.

great facilities, great location, nice rooms. internet was prob the worst i have experienced, always froze but thats being picky as there are alot of places nearby that are fine. other than that all good. had an excellent stay, very happy with the hotel , staff, facilities and couldn't beat the location. we found heaps to do nearby and some great restaurants and places for a beer. we would def stay there again next time we are in ao nang and look forward to returning
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : at the end of the beach out the front of the hotel there is a cool little bar called the last restaurant and then the last cafe. both good places and there is also a rickety little board walk up and over the hill to the next beach. best internet we found was right next door to o malleys irish pub. also as you go out of the hotel onto the st trun right and go up the hill a little and we found a great place for very reasonably priced seafood called the bamboo reestaurant. it's a little thatch shack and has delicious food.

-really good location -moderate breakfast buffet: not much variety, some are cold. Aonang Villa is a hotel for family and couple who looking for relaxing vacation. We can stay in hotel whole day, due to nice 2pools and beach just front of hotel. Nearby also have lot of restaurant both local and international brand.
Room is not new but clean and comfortable. By the way, I dont really like hotel breakfast as per my stay (3 nights), nothing excited for me. Some food are cold and not much variety.
I give 4 out 5 for overall.

good location right next to the beach and entertainment area of AoNang. very friendly staff we have chosen this hotel due to recommendation on the Agoda and on other booking pages. Overall we are very satisfied with the hotel, the location, staff, cleanness. The hotel is right next to the beach of Ao Nang and right next all of the hotels bars and other entertainment locations. If we go to AoNang/Krabi again we will choose this hotel again.
