Nightlife Tip : luna-bar is closing latest of them all,go there when other bars closes.

The main receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It's cheap.
The pool is about 7m long and shouldn't be described as a pool. The bathrooms are awful and didn't seem to get cleaned properly in 5 nights. Breakfast is off premises and you need picking up to be taken to the hotel which serves the food. The rooms are grim!
See above.
It's inexpensive but not so cheerful, in need of a full refurbishment, I could not recommend to anyone.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If visiting Ao Nang be sure to take a boat trip to Reilay Beach.

Friendly and attentive hotel staff.
Quiet.
My friend's room had no coffee spoon and no umbrella, while my room had both. Good thing was the hotel staff responded fast and gave us what we wanted.
Basically AoNang Terrace is a nice hotel to stay according to the price we paid. I do not mind to stay there for another time. Beside the hotel, there are convenient stores (two doors away), restaurants, the cheapest massage in Krabi (50 metres away), and the cheapest tour agency when we wanted to go Phi Phi Island (100 metres away). The only thing to consider is we need to walk about five minutes to the main street. Good exercise if it is not raining.

the breakfast is not in the same hotel, but at in another one that is 1 km away
swimming pool too small and next to the main road
hotel is clean, rooms are big and it seems that they are doing a lot of works to improve it.
I didn't like the fact that the breakfast is in another hotel, they provide a free tuk-tuk but still it's not convenient.
The swimming pool is too small and next to the main road.

area a bit of a walk from the action
I stayed here with a friend and we got a large room that was well furnished. TV had movie channels and wireless internet was available. The staff are very friendly.

Beautiful location over looking the hills.
On a quiet road just out of the main part of the town.
Very helpful staff.
In room safe.
Free breakfast.
Local businesses that wanted us to 'Try my Indian Food just one time' and 'My friend, you want suit?' every time we walked past them.
Bathroom started to smell after a few days, but we put this down to the water from the shower not draining.
Shower over toilet.
Great hotel and amazing staff.
Hotel had a small pool at the front which we never saw used. We used it every day which was a nice change from the beach as we did not have to worry about other tourists.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, and nothing was never too much trouble.
The hotel itself does not have a restaurant, so our breakfast was at their sister hotel 'Beach Terrace' which is about a 5 minute walk away. There is a free shuttle to there if you want, but the walk was nice. All guests at AO Nang Terrace also get use of the pool at Beach Terrace, but we never used it. The AO Nanag Terrace one was just fine.
Being vegetarian, we were worried that we would have trouble at breakfast as other reviews said that the selection was limited. I have to disagree. Each day we had fresh eggs, vegetable pad Thai, toast, fruit, pancakes and other goodies... No issue what so ever!!!
Room was large with a big balcony that although did not over look anything but another hotel, it allowed us to try clothes and relax after the sun went down.
All in all, a GREAT hotel, excellent staff and very nice breakfast! Location was great as at night it was quiet and is less then a 5 minute walk to get to the main strip in AO Nang.
Restaurant Tip : Try the open air seafood restaurants just as you head into town. Great food and lots of smiles. Highly recommended.
Ask for a local southern Thai dish called "Ken Som" (probably not the right spelling). Its not on the menus anywhere, as not many tourists like that much spice, so I'm told, but its is amazing. We had it with fish, and it was amazing.

Excellent customer services.
Suite room type is very good.
Room's facilities are ok.
Breakfast is ok.
Location is not so good.
Swimming pool is too small.
It's very frustrating to move to Beach terrace for breakfast & do swimming.
The hotel location and facilities were not comfortable, but the service was very very good. Their staffs are very nice and friendly.
Shopping Tip : Not too far from shopping area.

good location near the beach, very accomodating staff
the rooms were fine, a little spartan
good hotel overall. there was one downside of a mandatory christmas eve dinner that you could not opt out of. we were originally supposed to stay at the ao nang terrace, but we were move to the beach terrace which was much closer to the beach and a better location. the staff was very helpful in setting up a snorkling tour. the pool was fine, but a little small..but that close to the beach, the pool was not needed

Good attitude, geographical location also visit, as early as the restaurant was very good.
There is no elevator. . .
Hotel overall was good, the attitude of the advantages of good location also visit, as early as the restaurant was very good. However, there is no elevator, which is too trouble. In short recommended for single travelers or young couple to live, if it is family fun or honeymoon couples, it is a relatively low level of.
