Really lovely hotel by the beach

we drove ourselves to ao nang, so it was a bit tricky to find the hotel as the entrance is between busy street shops and we did a few u-turns looking for it before asking somebody where it was. being low season it was quiet at the hotel which was nice, i thought that the bell captain service was exceptional and always greeting every time when we would pass through, or offer to help with any bags. the receptionist was perhaps a little bit straight when talking with us and not so happy but not unfriendly. at breakfast the service and range of food was good, however i did think that the staff were very talkative to each other and quite loud. during breakfast you can look out to the sea, through the trees anyway, then afterwards you can walk down to the beach to work it off. the beach again was very quiet and sometimes felt like it was private. beautiful views around. despite being just off the main road with all the busy street life and shops close by if needed, the hotel itself is actually very peaceful.

good location with nice pools
very near to the main attraction of aonang

we stayed 2 nights in aonang villa resort in early september. the location are just perfect where you only need to cross the small road to get to the beach ! massage hut area is just at the corner(close at 6pm due to no electricity). room(grand superior) are quite big and comfort. the pool are amazing. you can swim or just lay down by the pool. brief rain shower during our trip but still many thing we did. ride a bike to the heart of krabi. quite nice and quiet village. we may come back in future.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
go to massage hut area at the corner. cheap + many option.
don't forget to survey all shop before buy anything. bargain everything ! rent a bike at thb10 ~ 15 per day. go somewhere in krabi !

Hotel was amazing. located just next to the beach. planned a massage session and dinner is just great. Service staff were all very nice and helpful. Room was made everyday and they put some aroma oil in the room which just lovely.

"Lovely hotel and great location"
The hotel is nice, near the beach and outside the hotel there are many shops and restaurants. the pool is great, we can see the view of rockhill from here.

I am quite satisfied with everything provided by the hotel. The staff are friendly and the service is good. My husband tried the reflexion and he liked it.Our room is big and comfortable. Although the furniture is quite old but we still like it.Overall we find this hotel not bad.
Shopping Tip:
For those who want to buy souvenir in this area, there are not many shops.

Good Location at Ao Nang Beach

If you would like to stay at Ao Nang Beach close to the main stret this is one of the best choices you can make. This was our second stay at Ao Nang Villa, I will for sure be back when I return to Ao Nang next time.
Only con is that the free Wifi is toubled by unstable connection from time to time. The rooms could do with a redecoration even if the rooms look OK, a little bit out dated choice of colors in the superior rooms.
