the hotel is situated in a quiet spot behind the main aonang roads. you can sleep well and have only a 10 minutes walk to get started for the aonang nightlife.
from breakfast room's terrace you can look the beautiful swimming pool in the centre of hotel's buildings.
rooms have a small terrace, they are not so well furnished but after all they are very good for the zone's standards.
one thing i disliked is that the wifi in room is not free and you have to pay additional baht to have it freely.

The location of this hotel is great, walking distance to many of the shops and the beach. The staff is friendly, but the wifi in the rooms is not free which is a bummer.

New hotel, nice room, 2 beaches to choose from

We had an enjoyable stay. It was easy to get a Tuk Tuk although not at your door step but if you just walk out a little, you will always see a Tuk Tuk waiting around the corner. Very good value.
Travel tip:
Don't forget to check out the other beach Nopparat Thara, we only saw it when we were on our way to the airport. Quieter and more authentic Thai feel than Ao Nang beach, less commercialized with a number of restaurants at the beach front.

The hotel is quite new and is a little far from the beach. But the room and the pool is great. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is average. But the Internet is not free.

Little noisy in the lobby. Make sure you don't take anything more than hand luggage to Thailand. Everything you need can be purchased there. This is particularly true if your prices in your country are similar to those of the US. Make sure after this you go to Pataya

hotel was o.k., staff friendly, sometimes a bit complicated but so far o.k., unfortunately i went there with one of my friend on heavy motorbikes. there is absolutely not much parking in front of the hotel and definitive not covered! breakfast was o.k. but not that sufficient in replenish the empty baskets. just a moment .... takes in thailand sometimes longer then expected .....

Friendly and helpful staff

Check in was hassle free and fast. We were pleasantly surprised with the room layout, very modern and well designed for ample storage. There was also a safe in the room. Location is good as it is only 3 minutes to Main Ao Nang Road. There is parking in front of the hotel which is strategically located NOT on main alley or Main road- private parking so-to-speak. This was important to us, as we had driven into Thailand from Malaysia and wanted a safe secure place to park our vehicle. The swimming pool was laid out right off the ground floor rooms and many family with kides were frolicking in it.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you enjoy soaking in the pool in the hot season March-April, ask for ground rooms.

hotel is generally decent and clean. for the price you pay ( per night per room w/o breakfast) it can come across as a good deal just for the acommodation. they can do better though on a few areas – specifically service. firstly, wifi can probably be shared through the hotel and not just the lobby only. i can’t even enjoy the internet at the pool (which is right next to the lobby). one has to pay for wifi to use it out of the lobby area. price is not that much but the connection is very slow. eventually you just have to pay more for longer time. secondly, the water pressure & temperature in the room is screwed when 2 of you bathe concurrently. water pressure is low and temperature fluctuates (hot & cold). the most absurd incident was that the phone in the room is only allowed to make inter-room calls and to the reception. apparently we are unable to make local & international calls. anyways, the reception actually charges for every single local call you ask them to make. again, it is not the price that matters, but the gesture. it might appear to be too calculative. a couple of things to note: they recycle the complimentary bottle in the room so you are not allowed to bring it out of the hotel premise. also, room & pool towels are differentiated very distinctly i.e. you are not allowed to bring room towel out of hotel premise, only the 1 size big pool towel. lastly, location is not as attractive as it appears on the map in agoda. it is quite a walk (15-20min) to ao nang beach, depending on your walking speed.
