Great location
Excellent staff Rooms are a bit dated
Beach is not the greatest compared to other locations in Krabi Booked a standard room and was upgraded to a bunglow at check in, which was nice surprise.
The breakfast was decent (Thai and Wester)
Staff are super friendly and helpful
Restaurant Tip : Left of the hotel gate there are several thai food restaurants that server good cheap food.
Try Wannas Place if you looking for somehting more upmarket. It serves good Thai and Western food at a reasonably price (it is about 300 meters from the hotel - turn right at the hotel gate and when you reach the beach look out for Wannas on the left).

I stayed only one night at Beach Terrace, the standard room was good & clean, and they gave WiFi connections for free (but only for 2 hours for 1 month). You can reach the sea view from 3rd-5th floor, and it's very beautiful. Public area of the hotel such as lobby, lift, and pool was very bad. For 3 stars hotel is not satisfying me.
