Good location, close to the beach and all the fuss Bit "oldish" all around.
Pool area was not cleaned, dirty plates and cups lying around, trash everywhere, Hotel is well located in Aonang and easy walk to the fuss area. Hotel is bit old but ok. Bit expensive around high season vor the value you get. But for high and peak season it is to be expected. Pool area would be nice if cleaned.

Small and dirty elevator The first appearance of the hotel from outside is not that much to write home about. But once you enter you receive the service from rather efficient staff. The elevator is small and dirty and so are the corridors, smelly too. But once inside the room it is paradise. We had a superior sea view room and the scenery was spectacular. the linen are clean and fresh like the room. Amenities such as hair dryer and safe deposit box were unexpected for a three star hotel of this nature. Breakfast is good with a selection of eastern and western varieties. And the restaurant (where breakfast is served) over looks the sea. The hotel is located right on the beach and I think it is one of the only hotels in AoNang beach that has such a prime location. Overall, the hotel is every bit worth the price and I would like to recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable, affordable accomodation.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Phi Phi island tour is indeed a trip to paradise. Scenic beauty and breath taking nature all combined. James Bond island is just as beautiful.

Excellent location, sit having breakfast by the beach not great food, rooms not fantastic (v old fashioned) and staff don't smile much not great value for money, but great location.
Restaurant Tip : Thai Thai for meals was great
