Nice and new resort with reasonable price
Good price, nice room, easy access to west railay beach.

i and my children love staying here. the room is big and modern with separate bath tub, shower and toilet areas. i love the view from the balcony, if possible you could ask to stay at level 3. our room was at 2nd level. the price is also reasonable compared to those worn down looking hotels on the western railay beach. easy access to both phra nang beach and west railay. the east railay is also packed with many restaurants catered for backpackers...but the food in the resort is also fantastic with reasonable price as well.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I like phra nang beach better than west railey beach. If you come in the morning you can bath at the shaded area of the sea due to massive and towering limestone...it's perfect for my children to avoid sunburnt. They can play for hours before the sun is too strong to bear. Many young people come for cliff climbing. You also can visit the phranang cave which is cool for a bit of adventure.

We stayed at low season with just 4 other couples booked and they must have laid off all their staff. The place was a ghost-town. At the pool bar I asked for service twice - and was not served. I put washing in with an "express same-day" request and got it back 2 days later - just before I flew out... seriously, the resort is A1 on rooms, room features, etc.. but the service was SH*T. Breakfast was like a "wake"... hello! it's a new day.. let's have fun! No.. The whole place reeked of opportunity.. .but the discounted rate showed with a discounted experience. So sad, because it could have been extraordinary!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Book shoulder or high season. I paid for a resort with a "swim up bar" as a key booking criteria - and I got a resort where no-one staffed the pool bar unless asked - multiple times!

Overall above average stay, one of the downside will be the aging resort facilities which need more and frequent maintenance. Found a red spot on the floor, shower pressure not consistent and hard to adjust to the right temperature.

The rooms are well designed, new and spacious, however, the beach in front of the hotel is not for swimming as it is full of mangroves, and it can look scary at night. You have to walk for 5-10 minutes more to go to the more beautiful beaches. The pool is nice but quite small and staff are not always available to get our orders for the drinks or assist with the umbrellas, but this could be because it was low season when we stayed there. I think in terms of rooms, this hotel has the best in that price bracket. So if you don't mind walking to see a more beautiful beach, this resort is okay, but if you are really looking for a beach front resort, you might want to check the resorts at the other side Railay.

We enjoy our honeymoon at Krabi & staying at Bhu Nga Thani Resort & Spa. Staffs are very friendly. Here, we have no worries as we can easily find halal food served by local restaurants & fine restaurants at other resorts. Overall, its a great place to spend honeymoon.

we had a great time during our stay. although it was only for a night. the treatment we received i would have to give thumbs up. the staff was friendly and informative. one of them even walked us to the other side of the beach and together we waited for our boat to pick us up for island hopping. the deluxe sea view we chose doesn't really provide any clear view of the sea as the buildings were blocking it. room service was fair. room condition was nice. breakfast was fair. although some of the food were left in the open and flies were all over. not very good. apart from that. overall was okay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The only downside about this area is that is very secluded. Transport to places could be tedious. Nothing much to buy. Unless you wanna just chill and have a beer or two.
