We liked the hotel. It was not very special, but it had a nice swimming pool, the location was good. Not the Mallorca part of Ao Nang. The rooms have a balcony and it was nice to sit outside. Breakfast was good.

good service - friendly staff and we were upgraded from the superior to deluxe room upon arrival
good breakfast - variety of good and they were delicious!
location - slightly towards the end of ao nang beach. so it's quiet and not too noisy. however, shopping areas and the beach is just 10mins walk away. or by tuk tuk less than 3 mins. so it's convenient after all. and there are nice restaurants around, massage centres and shopping stores.
rooms - nice comfortable bed. spacious bathroom. shower was good as well. house keeping did a great job with making up the room every day.
overall it was satisfactory and i will recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. for the price you pay, it is worth it and you'll definitely have a wonderful stay here.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. they pretended to upgrade us at first to get us to take the room overlooking the smelly ditch and electricity cables. however, when we pointed out the clouds of mosquitoes they did change us.
we booked additional nights and hotel informed us it was much cheaper (20% cheaper) to book direct with them than use agooda or another website.
the adjoining doors between rooms are locked but not soundproofed so you can hear everything from your neighbours'room.

OK Hotel but a little pricey for what you get.

This hotel is in a good location and has a good breakfast but the rooms are showing their age. On this trip I stayed in three different hotels in Krabi and would rank this one as one of my least favorite. I would recommend the Mercure, which is a new hotel with beautiful facilities and costs the same amount as this hotel.

Great Location. Nice little resort.

The resort is very easy to find yet enjoys the quietness of not situated along the main street. Within walking distance to the Aonang Beach. Hotel is a bit worn but is value for money. Breakfast is fair without too much variety.

we had a great time in buri tara. a little bit far from city but everywhere is walking distance so no issue on that.
the staff are great except one girl.. (i don't know the name though whenever i asked one question, she seems angry and shout back to me.) except her, everyone smile all the time.
room is pleasant and spacious. there is bath tube and enjoyed warm bath. big tv and small balcony!
and swimming pool is cozy and nice.
breakfast is great. fruit, bread(4~5 sorts), fresh juice, muslie.... enjoyed very much!
had a massage there. good massage as well.

Great Location but poor standard

stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Great location, near the shopping belt but yet quiet from the bustle of the area. Had to walk about 8 mins to the beach nearby.
breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and my family enjoyed the breakfast. front desk service was good as they tried to answer your questions and meet your needs.
The room is not that great though. There is no toothbrush and toothpaste provided, the hot shower is inconsistent and shower head clearly under maintained with rust visible on the shower head. The water flow is not strong at all.
The mattress of the room is hard, not those comfy fluffy mattress
other than that, the hotel is value for money

This hotel is far away form the beach, we have to pay money for tuk tuk everytime that we'll go to the beach. In the room no Wi-fi to customer if you would like to use you will pay 100 Baht per hour. No transportation service from Airport to hotel if you requested car or van you will pay 600 baht per round that same price as Taxi in airport.
Good point is very big room size and big bed. There are variety food for breakfast and good services for waitress.

many kind packages and activities to go to any beach.

Loved the quite location, just a few minutes walk from busy both the tourist strips but also quite beach. Friendly helpful service always with a smile. Clean and comfortable.

Located just far enough from the hustle and buslte of shopping/restaurant strip but also close to quieter beach options..great location.
