If you're thinking of doing a Thai cooking class do it with the Siam Cooking school. They are fantastic. They didn't have my favourite dish on their menu but I asked in advance and they included it as one of my dishes to cook.
Good stay

Shower room is not good. Design, floor material, water flow should be improved as this kind of room charge in Thailand.
Nice stay

Overall is acceptable but do not expect much. Overrated, with similar rates you can get a better hotel along Ao Nang Beach.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Good place for adventure, ie. kayaking in the mangrove, elephant trekking, etc
Not recommended before construction work is over

The basic facilities of the resort are not bad but the construction machine is immediately outside the balcony of the room.
Suggestion to upgrade the room with extra money does not seem to be able to avoid the noise from the construction sites in the front and by the side of the resort.
Despite a short distance from the street, the resort is not a quiet place I have been booked for.
After some discussion, it was lucky that the hotel staff finally understood what I want but the choice was limited and not acceptable.
They eventually have transferred me to the Ao Nang Buri Resort (another resort of the same group but further down the road till the Nopparat Thara beach which is quiet but a much older resort.
There was also construction next door but not that noisy because they can assign a room on the other side of the pool.
General services at Ao Nang Buri are all right but facilities are old and the breakfast is not good.
Despite the listed price of both resort are same, I personally thinks that we should pay less because it is still noisy during day time and the facilities are much older.
