Fabulous outlook but not for the faint hearted!

The weather wasn't kind but the facilities were great. The biggest issue was the rain - no-one's fault - the rough seas made the floating pontoon and ski trip very scary! The staff were lovely in helping you on and on these though! Better weather would've helped a lot!

Just be sure you like isolation!

We had a great stay at centara, could not fault a thing. Rooms are great, views are great.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Peaceful and relaxing

Monkeys are present at some parts of the day, but i didnt mind, i like to watch them. They are funny animals to watch

Overall we are very happy about the resort but there are a lot of room for improvement.
For instance they should always station a couple of person at the buggy station and some of the staffs are not very friendly and show sour face whereby i have encountered a few times. Boat shuttle is another dissapointment. Not enough frequency at all. Always fully booked. Box tv should have change to lcd tv and etc.

Nice location of the resort, food, service and attendance are outstanding.
Because of its location, the resort is basically only accessible by speedboat from the pier located 15 minutes away. In case of rainy days, there is not much to do at the resort, so the only option is book the speedboat and find some other attractions away from it.
All together VERY enjoyable stay and recommended for a return.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Several activities are possible in case of nice weather organized by the resort or out of Ao Nang.

Extremely happy with the hotel, service, food, landscape...everything! Loved the wilderness of the surroundings; even the monkeys!!

Make sure you have breakfast included, otherwise price will increase substancially

Very beautiful resort situated on its own private bay.Very stunning views of the ocean.Nice rooms with my own private jacuzzi bathtub.Very gd service from resort staffs.Nice & cool pool with a chill out bar that serve delicious pizza and cool drinks.Will return to this place once again when i m back to Krabi! Very relaxing and rooms are very clean & nice with both balcony sliding doors on the spa jacuzzi area and the relaxing corner.

Great Hotel with excellent service

We had a great time during our stay at the resort. I believe we were quite a handful to the resort staff because we have 6 children with us age ranging from 10 - 2 year old but all the staff who attended to us were very friendly and thoughtful. Our check-in and check-out was smooth and without hassle. The food & beverage lady in-charge was very patient with us in our lunch arrangement when we chartered a private boat for our island hopping. She and another male staff gave us sound advice on amendng our menu. The staff were always at the floating jetty to assist us. The crews on the private boat were also very helpful and thoughtful towards us. I must admitwe were quite apprehensive about the stay at first after reading much negative reviews on the resort but during and after the stay, we found no justification for those negative reviews. We will definitely return to the resort for our next trip. Will I recommend the resort to my friends and relatives? Definitely.

beautiful hotel, highly recommend it.
amazing food and a lovely plce to chill out and stop.
lovely spa and gym, nice ot wake u to the high qulaity breakfast, would highly recommend this place for couples.
if you want activity this is not the palce but a good place to go to switch off and rest.

Had a Spa Deluxe Ocean room and it was so nice. The views were spectacular. Most of the room itself was very nice although some areas were a bit worn (mostly in the bathroom). The food was great and the staff were very friendly. Well equipped gym. Walking the stairs to our room was tiring but always rewarding with the view. The shuttle makes getting to town a breeze. Overall would definatly stay here again 9/10

Hotel in a way is on it's own island, so you are like on a private beach. Enjoy the spacious room and friendly service. however the rooms are located far from the lobby and beach, so you need to call for the buggy everytime to send you to the lobby.
Nothing much to do within the hotel, so you need to take a boat out to the town.
