The staff members speak really poor English, overall cleanliness was quite poor although the hotel had bee open only for a couple of months, no free Internet and you can use the computers at the reception only for 15 minutes at the time
Haleeva Resort Krabi offered basic accommodation with quite poor service. The room was nicely decorated but it could have been cleaner. Breakfast was decent. The hotel is not located close to the beach but there is a small pool and a couple of sun bathing chairs in the pool area. The pool area could be cleaner also. We didn't think that the hotel was of good value for the money spent and probably would not recommend this hotel.
