great location,less then 3 minutes ride to the beach...
the front office staff is very helpful by providing information's such as restaurant (cause we love Thai foods!),where to change currency's, a place where you can rent a bike, arrange for island trips and also taxi/van to airport...
in short, it is a great place to be and a fantastic deal for a great stay! you should try it!

It was really an awesome hotel. Just a good location for us to walk to the ao nang beach and the streets. Just the swimming pool got a little bit dirty. Overall I am very satisfied with this hotel. Haleeva Sunshine really make me to have a lovely holiday there. Thank you very much.

During booking of the hotel rooms, stated airport pick-up service at the request. However, no follow up being done by hotel until I manage to contact the staff before flying to Krabi. However, thanks to prompt action by the staff manage to arrange hotel pick-up without any hinges. upon arrival at the hotel, the staffs are friendly and show us whereabout around Aonang beach. They are polite and recommend nice places for massage and savoury of food. Overall, this hotel is worth staying for it's price and hospitality.

The hotel is quite far from the Ao Nang beach area but easy to reach by songthaew. clean comfortable and good value for money.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Ao Nang beach has a beautiful backdrop but the tourism in the area isn't so nice. Mostly international food, watered down Thai restaurants and ugly tourism. Taxi drivers will pester you to use their services then swear at you in Thai if you don't (i speak thai).

Hotel location disappointing, but is ok considering the fact that it has a rather low price.
Fortunately, the mountains view from the room, if you're lucky you get this type of rooms, mitigate other shortcomings.
Breakfast very poor, maybe we are in low season ... I do not know why but the two persons who would look after the welfare of breakfast was a bit bored of their job.
Internet connection - 1-10KB / s, Time to load a page - 3-6 minutes, with a little luck. In other words, a bad experience. Also, the wifi was disconnecting very often.
No table, where you can sit with your laptop.
Placed on a platform, the bed is quite strange, not my impression of exoticism.
Now the most unfortunate of our experience at this hotel (and from all our 3 weeks of Thailand experience): they have bugs in the mattress.
Maybe I was "lucky" to get one room and the single bed in this hotel that was infected but... I refrain from further comment. When we sit in bed, started itching. Me and my wife we were out the next day. I was bitten / stung by these microorganisms / insects. We have researched the internet about them and I learned new things. Not visible to the naked eye but will assure traces are painful swelling of the legs are red and stinging. Of course we immediately moved to another hotel. And I lost money, but was insignificant loss.
I do not recommend this experience!
Restaurant Tip:
The bet Thai food ever tasted, 50m on the same side as the hotel.

Outstanding Hotel
The hotel personnels, location and room were up to the standard (even better than the 5 star hotels)

firstly, prior to my arrival at the hotel the staff specifically mr. ree attended to all my questions via email without any delay and he managed to solve all of the issues related to the room booking and available activities. upon arrival, the taxi driver was there though my flight had been delayed for nearly 40 minutes. once i reached the hotel, the staff generally and the manager warmly welcome me and my partner (and all my perceptions on how thais treat asians, as what we had experienced before in bangkok fully diminished). secondly, the management of the hotel successfully fulfil my requests about the room in which i wanted for the mountain view. nevertheless, the best thing about this hotel was their personnel honesty as they managed to return back my money via western union (thought i have lost it somewhere amounted at thb10200) which actually was in my room at the hotel! i was really touched when i received an email informing me that the they had found my wallet (though my partner and i) already arrived in kuala lumpur. to be franked, i have travelled to many places before , yet i haven't found such an honest hotel before - thank you, mr. ree for your kindness and honesty again. don't think twice if you want to stay at this hotel, believe me you will never regret it. lastly, to all the personnels of haleeva sunshine keep up your good work and i do believe you guys deserve a pat on the back...any person who contributes to prosperity must prosper in return.

Nice room n with fantastic service

it was our first time in krabi . we had no idea what to do . we were so worried whether we make the right decision to krabi.
when we arived at the hotel , we were welome with the smile n friendly staff.
the girls at the reception gave all the information from sight seing our to the best food. they didnt mind to answer a lot of question from us. we booked all the tour from the hotel n paid it hn we check out.
the room was nice n clean. big enough for both of us.
overall, we rreally noyed our stay n will plan to go back soo.
