Good location, quiet, friendly staff. I have stayed several times previous and will return again. Current expansion works should be finished by end 2009. Location 200 metres from Ao Nang beach and longtail boats to outlying islands is excellent. Quiet location set back from road with good sized clean rooms. Nice pool area which has recently been upgraded. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy walking to local restaurants and Ao Nang sea front. Suitable for couples and family holidays with numerous attractions available to keep busy for a longer stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Longtail boats to offshore islands and beaches are a must, but take the sunscreen and water.

the location is good (there are better); the rooms very nice - big and clean. we had 4 rooms - some of the beds were comftable. but not all of them. When we had problem in the room they came quickly to help us.
breakfast - the food is no so good. The service terrible.
There is a long climing to the rooms, they promise to take us by "cars". they didn't.
the staff wasn't so nice.
they have small pool.
the hotel is ok but i have seen better.
Restaurant Tip : just a cross the road - 50 m to your right there is a very good thai restaurant

the staff was very nice and give us baby cot and help us with every thing the baby needs.
probably next time i will be in ao nang i will back to this great hotel.

we stayed here for 1 weeks. low session. It was a reasonable price and it was cheaper than direcly booking from the hotel. The location is very very good. easy to the beach, restaurants, and tours. but the rooms are old decoration and not very bright. Anyway, we think it was so far so good lar.

Hotel garden is really beautiful. "Krabi Tipa Resort" has a successful arrangement, a beach, restaurants and supermarket are near to hotel, but bungalows are located in a quiet place.
The affable personnel, clear pool, magnificent food have made our stay pleasant. We had twice supper at hotel restaurant and we can recommend it to all fans of tasty meal. In May there were many mosquitoes in bungalows, it is necessary to have mosquitol or raptor for pleasant evenings on private terrace. Ao Nang is not good beach, but Reily and Phra Nang is really beautiful.
Restaurant Tip : Hotel Restaurant is quit good.

Big and comfortable balcony This hotel actually looks quite nice from the outside, rooms and washrooms are not too bad as well. The hotel staffs are also quite friendly and helpful. The thing i like most about the hotel room is the balcony which is good for hanging around together in a group. But at times there could be mosquitoes because it's near to the woods

- location (near beach, restaurants, shopping, all beach activities)\n- setting --- within serene jungle settling with fun jungle treks - as the bungalows are uphill, it can be a bit of a climb to the bungalows that are further away\n- sometimes creepy crawlies get into the rooms so keep doors closed at all times\n Advise --- good to keep a flash light handy when walking after dark to avoid stepping on any jungle creatures.\nGood place for families with young kids who would enjoy the jungle setting.

In our opinion the trips to Chicken island were most worth while, especially if you are into snorkling.
Shopping Tip : When leaving the hotel you enter directly into the shopping area which can keep at least your wife and children occupied for hours. Also close to the longtail pickup.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Super little walk up the hill to spend mosquitoes, I did not stop all the way over, but the feet have been bitten by a 20 pack. Where not dare to stay, to return to the room. Nothing to eat buffet breakfast, one will not be holding any food. Needs its own single point, the menu is no good. Moreover, many flies in only some of the food buffet. Into the room there is a musty smell, the reason may be the rainy season. TV is too small, very unclear and very few channels. Front desk staff is very enthusiastic and responsible, has been to help me I need to query the information to meet a friend. The main entrance of the building is very beautiful, blue sky and the roof looks great feeling of the ocean. However, there are not satisfied with some of the places. And we may have been raining in Krabi, we do not travel well. Ha ha.
