Krabi Town is the provincial capital and most important transport hub in Krabi. Tourists who stop here are usually on their way to Ao Nang, Railay and Klong Muang. The most impressive site in Krabi Town is Wat Tham Sua, a cave temple incorporated into a craggy cliff. Smaller sites like the City Pillar are also in town.
