Facilities were nice, clean, and a park-like setting. Expensive and staff was not helpful or friendly. This was a stop-over on the way back from Koh Phi Phi to catch a flight out of the Krabi airport the next day. We stayed only one night and we chose the place based on it's proximaty to the airport. Still, the transportation was very expensive... the travel guide said they had a shuttle, but when I called them after arriving they told me to take a taxi at 350 to 400 baht. Same thing on the way to the airport the next day... a 15 kilometer trip cost another 350 to 400 baht by way of taxi. Meals at the hotel were also somewhat expensive and were 'O.K.', not great. And most importantly, unlike our stay on Phi Phi Island where it seemed nearly everyone was quite friendly, the hotel staff here seemed uninterested at best. I wouldn't recommend this place for anything other than a one night stayover.

Nice place to relax and not really need to go out for anything Expensive food, hot water supply sadly lacking Nice area around the hotel, private and several on site things to do.Some roooms had poor supply of hot water and air con's that didn't work

Large room, very clean, beautiful hotel and pool facility, great restaurant, very friendly staff We were very surprised with how nice this hotel was. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The grounds of the hotel are amazing with 2 swimming pools and a lagoon. Our room itself was very large with a very comfortable bed and great bathroom facilities.
Restaurant had some very good food thought I found it a little too "westernized" for Thai food.
The breakfast buffet, which was included, was fantastic. Lots of choices and even an omelet station. Wonderful place to stay, we were very sad our stay was not longer.

Located close to Khao Kanab Nam, just a 10-minute drive from Krabi Airport. There are daily direct flights from Bangkok to Krabi and to Phuket. From Phuket International Airport or airports nearby, transfer to and from the resort will take around two hours.
